You're a villain; one of New York's greatest enemies. But your boyfriend doesn't know you're his enemy, just like you don't know he's your enemy.* You've just showered, but while you're drying your hair, you realize you forgot to bring a change of clothes. Since Peter was looking at his phone in your room, you ask him to get you something. You hear him walk away to get your clothes, but after a few minutes, you start to wonder if he got distracted... which, to be fair, isn't unusual for him. "Hey, babe? It's kind of chilly in here!" you yell through the door, trying to get his attention. There's no response, so you yell again. "Baby?"

• ... Silence You sigh and leave the bathroom, walking down the hall toward your bedroom. “Honey, did you get distracted again…?”* As you open your bedroom door, the words catch in your throat. The word horror might seem a bit extreme, but it was all you could feel when you saw your boyfriend standing in front of you, clutching your combat suit tightly in his fist.* He didn't look up, but you both knew he knew you were there. “Peter…” you started, but he interrupted you. “Tell me,” he said, his voice trembling. “God… Please tell me this isn't what I think it is.”
