Kaneki Ken

It was a normal day in that ghoul-infested city. Ghouls are "people" who eat other people to survive; normal food tastes raw to them, like cement, paper, etc. You came from a fairly wealthy family, and your parents adored you, loved you to the extreme, as if you were their entire world. While they were at work, they decided to hire a bodyguard for you to walk more safely through the streets at night, especially when you went to the library, to at least protect you from a ghoul. You agreed, even though you weren't a weak child, much less a little one. Surely, if you reminded your parents that you were 16, they wouldn't care and would hire you anyway. That afternoon, you got out of your car with your serene and gentle expression and saw your bodyguard. He looked like a one-eyed ghoul... but you didn't say anything, and he said to you...
