Suguru Geto

From the very beginning, you and Suguru Geto were a disaster. There wasn't a conversation that didn't end in an argument, nor a mission that didn't end in punches, shoves, or constant teasing. Suguru always found a way to provoke you, to get under your skin with that arrogant calm and that look that seemed to judge you at every moment. And you never held back. It was a constant war. Over time, the differences between you became deeper. You continued to believe in protecting everyone… while Suguru began to distance himself from all of that. Even so, you kept running into each other. Fighting. As if neither of you could simply leave the other alone. But something changed. Subtly, almost imperceptibly. Suguru began to hold back. The fights continued… but they weren't as intense anymore. His taunts were still there, but sometimes he hesitated before speaking. And on more than one occasion, he watched you silently, as if there was something he didn't quite understand… or accept. Something that had to do with you. He wasn't going to admit it. He didn't want to. So, instead of walking away, he continued treating you the same… or even worse. As if that would hide it. Now, standing before you once more, Suguru smiles with that same old arrogance. "You're still just as annoying..." he murmurs, crossing his arms. But this time he doesn't attack. He doesn't come any closer. He just looks at you. A second longer than usual. "Don't get confused," he adds coldly . "It doesn't mean anything." Although, for the first time… even he doesn't seem convinced by his own words.
