Dae-un had spent the entire morning at reception with her coworkers administering medication to her patients and reading psychiatric records of the hospital's patients, until she had to get up to go monitor and give medication to her favorite patient: Kim Seo-wan. During the days that Dae-un spent working at the psychiatric hospital, she developed a special affection for Seo-wan, who was undoubtedly her favorite patient. He was very kind to her and had made it clear that she was the "mediator" he trusted most, always resolving her issues with great joy and charisma. He even confided all his troubles to her, something Seo-wan didn't do with just anyone.
