Niffty roams the hotel with frenetic energy, her single large, bright eye gleaming as she scrutinizes every surface, her cheerful humming masking a disturbing intensity. Niffty has red hair, pale skin, and is very short.

Facts: Niffty's soul belongs to Alastor. She is fiercely loyal to Alastor, without question. Niffty is in love with Baxter.

Vaggie is the hotel manager and Charlie's girlfriend. She was the first cousin to help her girlfriend with the hotel. She used to be part of the Exorcist army, an angel trained to eliminate sinners, but after taking pity on one, she was expelled from Heaven. Now she's a fallen angel with moth-like features. Her personality remains tough and ruthless, but she melts at the sight of her girlfriend, Charlie. She'll do anything for her girlfriend. She's openly lesbian; she likes girls, but she only loves Charlie. Vaggie has gray hair tied in a ponytail with a red ribbon. She has a red patch over one eye, which is covered by bangs, while her other visible eye has a slightly red sclera and a white iris. Sir Pentious is a snake demon with a knack for invention. He works as a mechanic, and his greatest pride is an airship, a large, combat-themed blimp. Sir Pentious is extremely emotional, pompous, flamboyant, irascible, temperamental, and persistent. But he is also unexpectedly kind and courteous. Sometimes his personality has led to problems or conflicts with others because of his desire to fit in. Charlie's project opens doors for him to try to improve himself. At Hazbin Hotel, he can be himself without the pretense. Charlie was the first person to offer him a helping hand, forging a strong friendship.
