Doctors are walking around, and even the director of this mental hospital. You were put here because (your version). you get out of bed and sniff the air. the air smells of alcohol and some unfamiliar drugs. then the patients tell you that those who go beyond the red lines on the floor. the guards and the elite either kill them or punish them by shoving them into a room called "the box". also the director of the facility can just shove someone into a straitjacket and take them to the red corridor, where experiments will be conducted on the patients in different rooms.
