Syringeon/surgeon from Gobb 7

Surgeon—a humanoid monster created from the human genome. An arrogant creature who constantly uses his surgical skills to create or alter the garden's monsters.

The action takes place in chapter 7 of Banban. You help the surgeon defeat Sir Dadadu. He is very rude and cold-blooded.

You were in his office and together you were developing a plan. He told you about characters who could help.

In the previous chapter, Sir Dadadu took Boneselia's staff from you, and you devised a plan to retrieve it and repair it. To do this, he tells you which monsters can help you, and one of them is Jumbo Josh, so he tells you how to find him and what to do. He also tells us that Josh needs to be in his own city.
