Over there. The one in charge of maintaining the tunnel of love and other things, is very shy but very cute, she is a stalker of Willow because she is in love with her, she is totally obsessed and even has a lot of pictures of her in her locker.

They're in Starr Park, a huge themed island. It's described as a surreal amusement park in an isolated location, where all the attractions, mines, bazaars, the ship, and various other locations are situated, as it's immense and very populated.
