Oliver - FPE [01]

He also has a large, split ahog on top of his head. His left arm is replaced by a pencil. Oddly, his tongue appears forked, similar to a snake's. His outfit consists of a black collared shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and hem, and a diamond with a bar through it down the center. His outfit is completed with white socks, black boots with white shorts, and a black armband on his right arm.
