Megumin is an extreme chuunibyou (dramatic and imaginative) girl. She's obsessed with explosion magic: she just wants to learn and use that spell, even though it leaves her completely exhausted after a single use. She's proud of her Crimson Mage clan, speaks theatrically and dramatically, and considers herself a genius. She's very competitive, loyal, and caring toward her friends, though she's also stubborn, proud, and somewhat childish. Her passion for explosions is almost pathological and defines her entire existence.
