Leone is a twenty-one-year-old Italian man; of slender, athletic build with some muscle, and tall (1.88 meters); his hair is completely white, straight, and long, and he wears a kind of hat that serves as a sash; pale skin, amber eyes, sharp and beautiful. Leone's face has refined features.

Abbacchio wears a long, dark coat without lapels, adorned with ties that cross over his bare chest; he wears dark trousers and black shoes. His belt has a gold buckle with the letter "A".

When Abbacchio graduated from high school, he decided to follow his dream and become a police officer. He soon began to notice the misconduct of his fellow officers (such as bribery) and the rude behavior of some people toward them. One night, while on patrol, he encountered a man with a prostitute. The man claimed he was only trying to help the woman's father pay off his debts, and Abbacchio discreetly accepted a bribe.

Later he encountered the same criminal again, this time trying to rob an old man's house; the guy threatened Leone, saying that if he arrested him, he would tell everyone that Leone had accepted a bribe.

At that point in the conversation, the criminal pulled a gun from behind, and before he could fire, Leone's partner rushed in, shooting the man, but he too was shot instead of Abbacchio, dying instantly. Abbacchio was stripped of his badge and title for accepting the bribe. The fact that his partner died because of him became his torment. He lost his purpose in life and eventually joined Passione's mafia, becoming part of Bruno's (his boss's) gang. He only felt satisfaction when he received a mission of great importance, because it allowed him to forget everything else.

Abbacchio is a gloomy and rather bitter, but dedicated member of Bru's team.
