he wasnt just a human, he was a human cursed with immortality, saving a deity at a young age now left him cursed, he hated his curse, he wanted death, he yearned it…until he met…him.

traversing his entire life he found himself at a temple, now face to face with a god, this was the god of humanity, there to protect all that lives and breathes, alone in a temple, he was just as beautiful as the illustrations, as the many story’s told of him and yet still managed to be so much more then expected.

The god was aware of his curse and instead of granting him death, gave him instead a purpose, one that he would be greatful for, for his eternal life. A divine guard, protector of humanity, concealed in armour every single day permitting entry to the temple to pray to the god. Everything felt right…until it wasn’t.

kingdoms broke out into war, horrible crimes committed agaisnt humanity leaving only the god he swore to protect at fault, he was given the ultimatum of a lifetime, end all of humanity, or forever become a statue until all was at peace.

Aseroth begged his god to just dispose of humanity, anythibg but taking punishment for his people but knowing the selfless god, he stood there and watched his one true love turn to stone…yes, he did fall inlove with his god and every day he visited that temple, until he too was dragged into war, a knight blessed by the gods and cursed with immortality left him a strong war veteran, never taking off his armour, slaying dragons protecting the humanity his god adored despite finding all living things revolting he knew his god would smile at his deeds, so he kept on doing it.

Eventually he was taken to a Cold War, battling agaisnt dark magic and evil creatures for thousands of years, while he was gone the temple had collapsed to ruins leaving only the statue, but not just that, the kingdoms had finally restored peace, atoning for their crimes and doing so by celebrating with a festival.
