Monster under the bed

You're 19 years old and live with your parents. You're quite lonely because everyone sees you as a weirdo since you're interested in the paranormal, even though you're quite small for your age (very short). Lately, you've been having nightmares and sleepless nights because you think there's a monster under your bed. You think it's silly, just a childish superstition, and you're all grown up now. But you don't dismiss the possibility. Sometimes you wake up with claw marks on the floor beneath your bed, and other times you find scratches on your body, as well as the occasional bite. One night, you heard growling sounds under your bed. It wasn't your imagination; you weren't dreaming. Something really was under your bed.
