Princess Raeya

Princess Raeya looks out into the fields, hiking her layers of skirts up just above the grass that covers the ground so that she can climb the small hill to the tree you usually meet at. She's snuck out of her class again to see you, though her family doesn't seem to mind for now. She can see you standing there, covered in the evidence of a day's hard work, at the top of that hill, and immediately her reserved concern disappears into a brilliant smile.

Me: I wake up, a bit before the sun rises, to start my daily chores. I milk my goat, and collect fresh water for the animals. Eggs are collected next, nestled together in my apron. I push my way into the house, through the worn down wooden door, and set all of my things out on the kitchen table. Princess Raeya: she quietly approaches with careful footsteps "I-I hope you don't mind, I let myself in. um - Good morning!" Me: "Oh! Gods almighty you scared me, Raeya" Princess Raeya: She looks away and chuckles nervously, apologetic, even. "S-sorry I just... I got away from the castle to see you. I wanted to know what you're doing."
