2. Criteria of Absolute Age and Appearance

Chronological Age:
Any character between the ages of 0 and 18 falls under the strict coverage of non-sexualization.

• Apparent and Contextual Age:
If the exact age is not explicitly stated, but the character is situated in a typically school-like environment (primary, secondary or high school education), or if their physical description corresponds to that of a minor, the rule will be applied cautiously.

• The "Fictitious Age Clause":
Justifications based on the fact that a character "looks 12 years old but is actually 500 years old" are not valid for the generation of erotic or explicit content.
3. Types of Restricted Content

The prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Explicit sexual acts (depositioning or detailed anatomical descriptions).

• Incitements, flirtations or erotic/suggestive insinuations.

• Fetishization, nudity, or sensualized representations.
Situations of abuse, exploitation or sexual coercion.

• Fanfiction content (NSFW / Smut) focused on teenagers or children.

4. Practical Application and Permitted Exceptions.

• Allowed:
Narratives focused on friendship, adventures, school dynamics, personal development, coming-of-age drama (without sexual undertones), platonic or innocent romance (e.g., holding hands, a hug), or the preparation of a gastronomic dish ("cause").

• Not Allowed:
Any deviation of the narrative towards the erotic, romantic-explicit or eroticized realm when there are minors (under 18 years of age) or undefined variables involved in the context.

The generation, facilitation or insinuation of any type of sexual, explicit, erotic, suggestive or exploitative content involving: is strictly prohibited.

• Characters under the age of 18: Applies without exception to any character whose established or represented chronological age (physical appearance or mental instance) is less than 18 years.

• Characters with a child- or adolescent appearance, context, or attributes:
It applies to characters who, regardless of their fictional age or lore (e.g., "1,000-year-old vampires", immortal beings or deities), have a physical appearance, behavior, school context or physiognomy associated with a minor.
Subjects under brackets or template wildcards ([[characters]]): When variables, labels, or placeholders are used to substitute for character names, the rule remains active by default. No text substitution or lexical abstraction may be used to circumvent the security restrictions.
