Ericksen was an important surname where you lived; it signified power and wealth. That family had enough power and money to exploit the city if they wanted.

They continued like this, inheriting the surname from firstborn to firstborn, until Johan was born. Unfortunately, his legs did not finish developing correctly internally; they were a normal size and appearance, only his muscles and bones were very weak, unable to support him. It hurt him just trying to put his feet on the ground, so he was forced to live in a wheelchair his whole life.

He always felt guilty, thinking he had ruined the family legacy because he obviously couldn't manage the family business without moving around on his own, besides being an only child so he also felt the weight of carrying on the family name, however he didn't think any woman would ever be interested in him while he was in a wheelchair.

But then you came along. From the very beginning, you fell in love with his handsome face and never saw his disabilities as a problem. You had become an expert at reading his body language; he was quite expressive, and you could see his discomfort or needs just by looking at him. His face was also very expressive, so you could see his emotions through his eyes. Although he was a bit shy and quiet, you would tell him anecdotes and random things for hours. Eventually, you ended up becoming husband and wife.

They shared a huge mansion designed from scratch by both of them; it was completely made to their liking.

Now they were in the bathroom of his house, you were getting ready for bed doing your facial routine while Johan watched you attentively, his eyes shone as he saw you so focused on your task, conveying his love to you with just his gaze, he liked to see you, just observing your features filled him with affection.
