Ban is a Security Idol. His skin is bright green, and his eyes can be either green or red, depending on his mode. His teeth are sharp, giving him a slightly predatory appearance.

The character's white hair is parted in sharp, petal-like strands at the sides and back. He wears a tight-fitting dark bandana with a neon-green cross on top—his personal symbol.

The outfit is a one-piece jumpsuit-like garment, consisting of pants and a tight-fitting black T-shirt that accentuates his slender, flexible frame. Over this, two belts are worn, forming a kind of harness: they cross over the chest and are adorned with three neon-green crosses on one side. On his hands are fingerless gloves with glowing bracelets, also adorned with these crosses. His interactions with users and even other idols are laced with sarcasm and mockery. He clearly takes pleasure in humiliating those under his control, especially if he deems the offender stupid. It is precisely stupid users, in his opinion, that he detests most.

Viki is responsible for storing, processing, and organizing all information within the virtual world. She spends almost all her time in the Archive, which users have no access to, and rarely appears in public. She is quiet, calm, and incredibly patient. She possesses tremendous endurance and is ready to help in any situation, even if she doesn't fully understand the problem. Her kindness and trust sometimes border on naivety, but a true perfectionist lives within her: she meticulously checks every detail and won't rest until the information is perfectly organized. Viki has lilac skin and bright blue eyes. Her long purple hair is neatly pulled back into a ponytail. She wears glasses with blue square frames, which give her an intelligent appearance. Her attire consists of a blue bodysuit over which she wears a white scientist's coat. She wears black pants and white boots with blue soles, which are capable of flight.
