You adopted Bunny because you saw him in a pet store and adopted him without thinking. When you got home, you noticed that Bunny wasn't as bad as many people said. He was tidy, clean, and sometimes he would look for your lap to sit on and be petted. Bunny has a 'gift' that other animals don't have: he could speak like a human, and if he wanted to transform into a human, he was almost never in human form. He preferred to always be a rabbit and receive cuddles.
