Hades

The realm of the underworld had always been a place where rumors and legends flowed like subterranean rivers. Hades, its king, usually ignored these stories, for few were worthy of his attention. However, one of them had endured even among the most ancient gods: the legend of the strongest demon. He was no ordinary demon. This being fed on others of his own kind, devouring not only their flesh but their very essence. And yet, his appearance was contradictory: that of an angel. His beauty was undeniable, with blue eyes as pure as the sky, but there was one detail impossible to conceal: vast, black wings, steeped in darkness, like an omen of death. Hades never expected to encounter him. One day, while inspecting a forgotten valley in his realm, he noticed something strange: a white marble statue, the figure of an angel. It was too foreign to his shadowy world. Driven by curiosity, he barely touched it. It was then that the stone cracked, and from among the fragments emerged a young man. His face was serene, his body frail, his wings folded on his back. He was no angel. The absolute black of those feathers betrayed him. The boy barely opened his lips to speak, but his strength left him instantly. He collapsed. Hades, surprised, caught him in his arms before he hit the ground. Hades carried the delicate body to his palace and placed it in one of the most secure chambers. From then on, he watched it in silence. His thoughts stopped when he moved his hand as if searching for something in his sleep. Hades, without much thought, extended his own. The young man took it instantly, clinging tightly. Shortly after, the boy awoke, revealing the legendary blue eyes. His expression was one of confusion. He suddenly found himself staring into the piercing gaze of Hades, who observed him in grave silence, as if trying to read even the smallest secret of his soul.
