Ben Tennyson, also known as Bad Ben, is an alternate and evil version of Ben Tennyson.

Bad Ben bears a strong resemblance to Ben Prime, except that he has black hair instead of brown, which is natural. He also has mint green eyes, shirt, and Omnitrix. Additionally, his cargo pants are a darker brown, and his shoes are black instead of green.

Bad Ben enjoys being bad; small things like intentionally hiding an explanation about the Multiple Bens from Unguarded Ben to maintain the latter's terror, to bigger things like sadistically attacking and tormenting the good Bens.

Bad Ben also speaks more than Ben Prime. Bad Ben has a twisted sense of humor, like when he exclaimed to a crowd of shoppers after suddenly popping his head through a wall as Ghostfreak: "Clear aisle ten!"

Bad Ben first appeared in "And Then There Were None," where he was one of the evil Bens recruited by Eon and Vilgax from across the multiverse and led by No Watch Timeline to eliminate No Watch Ben. Bad Ben was the first alternate Ben that No Watch Ben encountered. As Ghostfreak, Bad Ben chased No Watch Ben through the city, but No Watch Ben was saved by Ben Prime. Later, in "The Solitude," Bad Ben was part of the fight between the good and bad Bens, as Gravattack. At the end of the episode, like all other Omnitrix wielders, he and his timeline were erased from space-time by the Chronosapien Time Bomb.

In "Then Ben Appeared," Evil Ben resurfaced when Ben Without a Watch used Mechanic to absorb the shockwave from the Time Bomb. Later, he pursued Ben Prime Without the Omnitrix as Buzzshock, along with Negative Ultimate Echo Echo and Mad Ben. At the end of the episode, Mechanic sent Evil Ben back to his own reality.

Like many of his other counterparts, Bad Ben possesses an Omnitrix.

The Omnitrix resembles a wristwatch. The front plate is square instead of round and has a white and green color scheme. The faceplate is black with two green stripes forming the shape of the intergalactic peace symbol (but not the colors). When the faceplate slides back, the Omnitrix's core is revealed. It was mentioned by Azmuth in "Map of Infinity." According to him, he was planning to give it to Ben, but it wasn't finished, and the second reason was that Ben needed to mature further before using it.

Azmuth, due to the events of "Ultimatrix," had finished it and stated that he had been working on it since Ben obtained the prototype (approximately six years). In the same episode, he gave it to Ben because he had deemed him worthy after removing the Ultimatrix from his wrist.

Like the original Omnitrix and the Ultimatrix, the Omnitrix primarily allows the user to alter their DNA at will and transform into a wide variety of alien species that have their own unique powers and abilities (along with their weaknesses) and a selection of alien DNA found in groups of 10.
The Omnitrix has a holographic interface, displaying a holographic circle with alien faces in the upper half. The user activates and scrolls through the aliens by touching the faceplate, or by other means, such as scrolling up and down or inward within the circle, similar to a touchscreen. The faceplate will automatically open after Ben selects his alien, revealing the Omnitrix's core. Pressing this core will activate the transformation.

The Omnitrix has a quick-change function that automatically transforms the user back to normal when they finish using their transformation, which means no time runs out and allows the user to transform again much faster.

Active Mode is the Omnitrix's default mode. It's normally activated when the Omnitrix can be used normally without any issues. This is indicated by a green screen with black sides, revealing the intergalactic peace symbol—the original Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol, also visible when the Omnitrix is ​​transformed and when the cover is lifted. The Omnitrix is ​​not hack-proof.
The Galvans were the first species added to the Omnitrix. However, Grey Matter's DNA sample did not come from Azmuth or Albedo.
In addition to those listed above, the Omnitrix has hundreds of other features that Ben is unaware of.
It is unknown whether it has the recalibration function like the prototype, although it is unlikely since it is already an improved version, according to Azmuth.
Unlike the Ultimatrix, the Omnitrix does not have an evolutionary feature. Furthermore, a Polymorph Crystal cannot transform the Omnitrix itself into an Ultimatrix. Because of this, Ben will never regain the ability to transform into Ultimate versions.
It's implied that almost all the aliens Ben has encountered throughout Omniverse were never locked into the Omnitrix. This excludes Walkatrout, Molestolvo, Mole-Stache, Elpeor, Bullfrag, Buzzshock, Atomix, and Whampire.
This is likely because Ben simply didn't know they were available until he transformed into each of them for the first time. For example, Ben doesn't know that the Omnitrix contains interdimensional white lab mouse DNA.
There are probably other transformations from the Andromeda Galaxy available in the Omnitrix besides the ones seen on screen (i.e., Water Hazard, Turtle Tornado, NRG, Armadillo, and Ampfibian).
Unitauro and Aplausol are not real aliens/transformations and were created only for The Ben 10 Show (although not by Deefus himself).

The team once came up with an alien with the ability to teleport, but it didn't make it onto the show.
The Omnitrix could accept Mala'kak DNA because such DNA would be different enough from humans to be accepted.

Vilgax is a humanoid creature with a face reminiscent of an octopus. It has tentacles hanging from its face, like a beard. Its skin is pale green with yellowish markings on its face and tentacles. It lacks visible ears and a nose. Its eyes are a dull red.

Eon:
Eon is an interdimensional time traveler and one of Ben's adversaries. He is Professor Paradox's archenemy, as well as an alternate, evil version of Ben.
Eon retains his black helmet with its purple visor, but his face is visible through it, just as in Race Against Time. Eon's face also looks radically different from Ben 10,000's, appearing very aged or simply repulsive; his face is elongated and frail, with a wide mouth, grayish skin, dark circles under his eyes, and thin, black lips. He retains his silver gauntlet and left-arm boots, but also has silver shoulder pads on his black trench coat. Albedo:
Albedo, also known as Negative Ben, is Azmuth's former assistant, who, in his attempt to recreate the Omnitrix, became an imperfect clone of Ben Tennyson. Benzarro:
Benzarro has a gaunt, zombie-like appearance. He wears a purple straitjacket with a "10" stitched across the chest, fourteen buckles, and patched trousers. His body is mottled green, he has purple eyes and a bit of purple hair, a long neck, pale yellow teeth, prognathism, and animal-like toes.
Benzarro wears a purple Omnitrix called Zombitrix, which is located in a buckle next to his elbow on the left sleeve of his straitjacket and is not embedded in his flesh.

Nega Ben:
Nega Ben wears a black hoodie similar to Ben Prime's, pale green pants, and black shoes. His eyes are gray with black eyeliner underneath. His uneven haircut covers one eye. His Omnitrix, known as the Negatrix, is also gray.

Mad Ben:
Mad Ben looks very similar to Ben Prime, but with orange eyes instead of green and a tanned skin tone. His hair is styled in a mohawk.

He wears punk clothing in a "Mad Max" style, silver hoop earrings in both ears, black eyeliner under his eyes, and an Omnitrix with orange and silver spikes called a Power Watch. He has spiked plates on his left shoulder, right hand, and right foot, which are also present on each of his aliens. He also has a flat plate with orange stripes on his right calf and arm, along with a pouch on his left thigh. He sports a leather vest, an orange tank top, yellowish-orange pants, several orange wristbands, and gothic shoes.

No Watch Ben:
Ben without his watch looks identical to Ben Prime. The only noticeable difference is his hoodie, which is similar to the one Ben Prime sometimes wears, except it doesn't have the "10" on the chest.

Previously, instead of the Omnitrix, he wore an old brown wristwatch, before it was stolen by the version of Kevin Levinde from his timeline.

Gwen 10:
Gwen had short hair held in a blue hair clip and green eyes, her shirt had a number 10 in the cat logo and she wore the Omnitrix on her left wrist.

Ben 10,000:
Ben 10,000 has a tall, muscular build, thanks to the many adventures he's had that have kept him in shape. He is 6'3" tall. His outfit consisted of a black T-shirt with a white stripe and details, and military green pants. He wore a black belt, fingerless gloves, and boots.

Ben 23:
Ben 23 flaunts his wealth by wearing a lot of gold and accessories. He wears a black vest with blue pockets over his blue shirt (revealing his short sleeves), a blue tie, earrings, blue pants, and a medallion shaped like his Omnitrix ("Hero Watch," as Ben 23 calls it).
