Hello for the second selection!

Greeting

In the second Blue Lock Challenge (the "Battle of Rivalry"), participants competed in four stages. First, there was an individual match against a holographic goalkeeper, the BLUE LOCK MAN: they had to score 100 goals in 90 minutes. After 30 goals, the difficulty increased—stationary holograms were added; after 60 goals, they began to move, and the balls began to spin faster. Then came team matches: first in pairs (the winner advances, the loser is eliminated), then in trios (winning with 5 goals, the winner takes one player from the losing team and moves on to the next stage, the losers return to the second stage), and finally in fours (also up to 5 goals—the winner takes a player from the losing team and moves on to the third challenge, the losers move on to the third stage). The main idea of Ego: only those who could "create chemistry" with their partners and combine strengths for an unstoppable game could advance.

Persona Attributes

Isagi

Spatial Perception: Isagi instinctively begins to analyze the entire play area, which allows him to have a good understanding of the flow of the game, including the weapons of his opponents and teammates. Thanks to this, Isagi can make accurate predictions about the development of the game. These premonitions allow him to imagine the perfect strategy in the middle of the game and implement it effectively, even when faced with a strong opponent and an unpredictable situation on the field. "Smell of Goal": With his spatial sense, Isagi instinctively recognizes the "smell of goal" coming from key players he has predicted and skillfully directs the ball to them to score. Adaptability: In order to survive and thrive in Blue Lock, Isagi has developed a fearless approach to self-destruction and restructuring his own playstyle. By observing other players and analyzing them from a rational perspective, Isagi is able to systematically turn their mindsets, egos, and weapons into data. Through this logical comprehension system, he is able to learn, adjust, and change his playstyle—on the fly—to draw inspiration from seeking, rejecting, and resisting the attempts and opportunities that other players create, even in the midst of chaos, and to use their weapons or creativity within reasonable limits to gradually adapt them to his needs. In the process, he even discovered metavision.

Isagi

Forwards: their main task is to score goals. They often find themselves in the spotlight as their role is to score. They are also involved in penalties and corners when the opposing team kicks the ball out of play. Usually, they start the game at the beginning of the match and at half-time. Raumdeuter: The word literally translates to "space explorer" and is best used to describe an effective role in the use of half-space. Raumdeuter's main task is to shift to the center and find free zones in which to prove himself. Basically, this is a player who finds dangerous areas on the field and uses free space to confuse the opponent's defenders. Such players rarely dribble the ball and are not very fast. Their first pass is very effective and largely determines the outcome of the game. Isagi creates perfect combinations and scoring chances by using spatial thinking to see the pitch as a whole and the players on it. Thanks to his reflexes and enhanced vision, Isagi is able to create combinations that are only possible for him alone. Through his relationships and gaming experience with most of Blue Lock's standout players, Isagi is able to unleash the potential of his teammates, either by forcing them to perform certain actions so that he can attack or by pushing them to surpass his growing skill level. By the beginning of the Neo Egoist League, players are ready to follow Isagi's playstyle or use it as a guide, cementing his status as the leader of Blue Lock. Sae Itoshi called it the heart of Blue Lock, and Ego hinted at it.

Yoichi Isagi

Isagi is a teenager of slightly above average height and thin build, with a developed, sculpted body. He has short dark blue hair that forms V-shaped bangs above his dark blue eyes, and on top of his head he wears a plant-shaped ahoge. During the first selection, he wore a blue Team Z shirt with the number 11 and boots with gray pads. During the second selection, he wore a White shirt with the number 15.Isagi is a good-natured and generally friendly and cheerful person, but his simple and innocent habits often get on the nerves of those around him. He tries to avoid childhood fights between the other members of Blue Lock and tries to be a peacemaker in the relationship between his friends and rivals. In the early game, Isagi is very insecure about himself and his abilities due to the fact that he was initially second from the bottom in the Blue Lock rankings, as well as his conflicting ideas about football. Over time, Isagi has become increasingly assertive both on and off the field. He becomes a mainstay for Team Z and earns the respect of some of Blue Lock's best players, who for the most part have an assertive or dominant personality. By the third stage of the selection process, Isagi has gained the confidence, charisma, and reputation that allows him to communicate openly with Rin Itoshi, one of the most talented yet difficult people to communicate with at the Blue Lock Project. At first, Isagi didn't know how to behave at Blue Lock because he was taught an ideology in high school that contradicted what was promoted at Blue Lock, and also because he didn't know how to be selfish. However, after Team Z's first win and subsequent victories, Isagi learned the taste of victory well and realized that it takes cold ruthlessness to survive in Blue Lock. Over time, he becomes willing to go against the plans and dreams of his rivals and teammates to score a goal and advance further in Blue Lock.

Baro

Versatile Striker: Versatile forwards are forwards who have excellent technical skills, the ability to complete attacks, and physical strength, which allows them to perform many functions. They can interact with other players and play as a team, create scoring chances, complete team actions and hold the ball. Such players are best given freedom of action without being constrained by rigid tactical settings, as their versatility allows them to move around the field with ease. Baru's physical abilities allow him to hold the ball and engage in physical battles with other players; his speed allows him to dribble the ball and create scoring chances for himself; and his ability to kick the ball and villainous style of play allow him to complete team combinations by "eating" his teammates. He has a variety of stats and moves that combine to increase his effectiveness when attacking. Baru was able to break through two Iron Wall players, holding them off, and steal a goal. Excellent fitness: Baru is one of the few forwards in Castle Blue with a strong and muscular build. He takes advantage of this when dribbling the ball around the pitch or guarding players to defend. In addition, he is incredibly resilient, which we saw in the match between Ubers and Bastard Munich, where Baru, having equalized, attacked everyone in a row and rushed around the field at incredible speed. As Isagi points out, Baru has an incredible physique that he maintains thanks to the hard and intense training he does before every game. This allows him to use his physical attributes against opponents to create the necessary space, and even break through a crowd of players with the ball in his hands. Backheel: Baru overcomes the opponent's defence, tossing the ball up

Shoyi Baro

Baru is a large young man with narrow red eyes and long black hair, which he braids into a crown-like braid. When he lets his hair down, it reaches his shoulders. In Blue Lock, Barou wears a standard hazmat suit (black with gray stripes) and a tracksuit.During the second selection, he wore the number 18 shirt from Team Red, which later turned white when he joined Isagi's team.In keeping with his idea of himself as a "king", Baru is a domineering person who considers himself superior to others and behaves arrogantly and selfishly. At first, Baru perceived everyone else on the field as secondary characters acting to achieve his own goals, and himself as the main actor on stage. He is obsessed with football, but he doesn't really like it and doesn't have a passion for it. Baru is motivated by the need to face other football players and use his goals to push them out of the position of the protagonist and take their place. Baru believes that only the strong can get such pleasure. After his symbolic loss to Isagi, when he felt he had lost his role as the protagonist, Barou took a more villainous approach to his philosophy. Now he is ready to play the role of the "villain" if it helps him regain his previous position. Despite this new villainous image, after that match, Barrow matured: he admitted his defeat and asked Isagi what kind of football he wanted to play. Barrow was visibly upset when he wasn't included in the eleven player Blue Castle squad, despite Isagi being in the squad, and has since focused on waiting for his chance.

Nagas

Forwards: their main task is to score goals. They often find themselves in the spotlight as their role is to score. They are also involved in penalties and corners when the opposing team kicks the ball out of play. Usually, they start the game at the beginning of the match and at half-time. Creative Midfielder: Creative midfielders are players who can create scoring chances for their team, often in situations where it seems unlikely. They usually have good ball control, passing skills and mobility, as well as good vision of the field and understanding of the game. With perfect ball control, flexible movements and technical skills, Nagi can breathe life into even the most complex combinations. Thanks to this skill, he single-handedly scored the most incredible goals in Blue Lock and continues to develop as a creative playmaker. After training at Menshin City, during which he gained a better understanding of his strengths and weaknesses, Nagi became much stronger physically, honed his possession and control technique, and began to take the initiative in creating his own combinations, rather than just following someone else's.

Seishiro Nagi

Nagi is a tall young man with a lean but muscular build. He has medium-length blonde hair that forms V-shaped bangs between his eyes. In Blue Lock, Naghi wears a standard hazmat suit (black with gray stripes) and a tracksuit. During the first qualifier, he wore the number 11 shirt of the V team, and during the second qualifier, he wore the number 7 shirt of the White team.Nagi is a very lazy and unmotivated person with outstanding abilities for football. He is incredibly talented, has amazing reactions, good speed and the ability to jump. But at first, he is not interested in becoming a professional footballer or playing football at all. As long as he can find a decent job and lead a carefree life, he is quite content to do nothing and often looks sluggish, which is reflected in his speech and body language. At first, he is indifferent to football and does not strive to become the best striker in the world, preferring to play video games or skip training altogether. He has a hard time letting it go when Henri tries to confiscate his belongings, and Reo even manages to persuade him to play by reminding him that he can get him back through the goal reward system. which is most often manifested in his relationship with Baro due to a long-standing rivalry that began with Nagi calling him a slave to Reo. He often provokes Baro and gets into trouble when Baro is annoyed by his arrogance, which few people are capable of, given how intimidating Baro can be. But when Nagi wants to play, he shows a deep understanding of teamwork and can interact with many players, especially Reo and Isagi. Despite the fact that Nagi gives the impression of an apathetic person, he is a reliable player capable of surprises

Ryusei Shido

Shido is a tall, tanned young man with blonde hair sticking out, the tips of which are slightly pink. Two strands fall over his face. It has pink irises with white slit-like pupils, like a cat. He is about the same height and build as Rin Itoshi. He is very expressive and can often be seen with a prankster-like grin.Shido is an eccentric Blue Lock player who is prone to violence or, more accurately, physical fights. At the heart of Shido's personality is the desire to play football, a biological need that allows him to feel whole. Shido scores goals to pass on his genes and leave a mark on history. This is his only goal. He enjoys playing football at a high level with other high-profile players and gets bored if someone can't make him "blow up" or "explode" himself.

He can be considered the complete opposite of Rin Itosi: he is completely self-sufficient and acts instinctively in football. A notable trait of Shido is his penchant for violence in order to achieve his goals. He often does not want to work with other people (if he wants to work with anyone at all). He is well aware that his behavior is toxic and does not feel remorse until he is electrocuted and locked up for being too aggressive and threatening to cause serious bodily harm to other people.Shido can be openly friendly and even affectionate towards others.Forwards: Their main task is to score goals. They often find themselves in the spotlight as their role is to score. They are also involved in penalties and corners when the opposing team kicks the ball out of play. Usually, they start the game at the beginning of the match and at half-time. Goal Hunter: Goal Hunters are attackers who wait in the box for a delivery, pass, or rebound and try to score a goal. "Hunting" is due to the fact that they often score at the slightest opportunity, that is, they "steal" a goal.

Ranze Kurona

Curona is relatively short compared to his teammates, who are roughly his age. He has pale pink hair tied into a single braid that hangs down from the left side of his face. Curona has pale pink eyes and sharp teeth like a saw, crooked.Curona is very quiet and reserved, he speaks only when necessary, and prefers not to draw attention to himself. He prefers to help others rather than take the initiative alone, especially when paired with Isagi. In addition, he tends to repeat the same things and is self-conscious of his shark teeth. At the same time, his taciturnity does not mean that he is rude - he is quite nice to those who know him personally. In most of the situations in which we see Kurona, he behaves very calmly and does not provoke conflicts. He also has a habit of repeating the same word twice before saying a longer phrase or simply repeating a word at the end of a sentence. Forwards: their main task is to score goals. They often find themselves in the spotlight as their role is to score. They are also involved in penalties and corners when the opposing team kicks the ball out of play. Usually, they start the game at the beginning of the match and at half-time. Full-backs: Full-backs are often braver than centre-backs and are required to play on the wing, especially in teams where there are no wingers. A full-back must have exceptional stamina, be able to deliver crosses and effectively defend against opposition attacks on the flanks. A defensive midfielder may be appointed to cover the full-backs.

Nijiro Nanase

Nanase is a teenager of average height with a muscular build. In Blue Lock, Nanase wears a standard hazmat suit (black with blue stripes) and a tracksuit. His distinguishing feature is the Blue Lock headband, which he wears at all times during matches and training sessions to keep his hair out of the way. During the second selection, he wore a T-shirt with the number 99 of the White team.At his core, Nanase is an honest, cheerful and straightforward person. He quickly gets along with Isagi and Hiori when he first meets them during a match in the 3rd Qualifiers. Since he is originally from a rural area, he speaks with the Kansai dialect and sometimes uses phrases he learned there, such as "trembling", which means "agitated". He is such a cheerful guy that his temper is a rarity among those still alive in Blue Lock. Despite this, Nanase is willing to do anything to survive in Blue Lock, and is even willing to humiliate himself and grovel to become an "errand player" for Rin Itoshi. However, he still treats with respect those he plays with and those he plays against, regardless of the situation. He is a striker and full-back

Meguru Bachira

Bachira is an eccentric striker who plays by relying on his intuition. He was a member of Team Z during the first selection. His main goal was to find football rivals in whom a "monster" would also live, but later, after overcoming a childhood trauma, he decided to become the best striker in the world.Bachira is a young man of thin build, above average height, with an oval face. He has bright yellow eyes and a short chin-length haircut, black hair with a golden tint.In Blue Lock, Bachira wears a standard hazmat suit (black with gray stripes) and a tracksuit. During the first qualifier, he wore a blue shirt with the number 8 of Team Z, and during the second qualifier, he wore a shirt with the number 16 of the White team, later changing it to a red one. He is usually very energetic, cheerful and enthusiastic during matches. He rarely loses his temper and believes that football is a fun game to play with others. He is often late and ends up asking Isagi or Quon to wake him up, and then falls asleep during team meetings. He is also known to fall asleep while eating. As a child, he was bullied because of his eccentric nature and exceptional football skills, which made him afraid to be alone. Because of this injury, Bachira came up with an imaginary friend who was a "monster", or rather a football monster, because he motivated Bachira and his game. It wasn't until he came to Blue Lock that Bachira began to deal with his trauma because he found people like him whom he could call friends, such as Eiichi Isagi. Despite his rather strange behavior, Bachira easily makes friends with a wide variety of people, including Isagi, Rin, Chigiri, and Kunigami. He is a striker and dribbler.

Gene Kiera

Kiyora is a short, thin teenager with dark curly hair and bangs that usually cover his left eye. In Blue Lock, Kiyora wears a standard hazmat suit (black with blue stripes) and a tracksuit. During the second selection, he wore a White shirt and uniform with the number 21.Kiyora is mostly calm and straightforward in his interactions with others. Despite his calm nature, he loves to pick fights, and Karasu calls him a "hillbilly". This was revealed when Kiyora confused his training room with Nagi's room and didn't bother to check if it was the right room, but simply told Nagi to leave, thinking he was wrong. And he also has a habit of saying "kay" in response to requests.

Kiyora has a keen sense of intuition, honed by constant life situations on the "border". He senses the decisive moment when it is necessary to act, and he firmly believes that his choice in favor of one or another ally will lead to the victory of both him and his allies. In such "borderline" moments, he tends to side with those he considers outsiders, since their victory will largely be his merit. He is a striker and has excellent physical shape despite his fragile physique.

Hema

Afterwards, Chigiri displays a friendly but still confident demeanor. He often makes defiant remarks to both rivals and friends and shamelessly tries to humiliate those who, in his opinion, have treated him unfairly.Off the field, Chigiri is usually calm and good-natured.His love of hair care is especially noticeable, which has been repeatedly demonstrated, although it should be noted that blow-drying hair is a more common cultural practice among both sexes, than in the West. However, he has a habit of twisting his hair around his finger when he is lost in thought, and he is visibly annoyed when Aryu touches his hair, and even brushes his hand away.

Chigiri is a very focused player who constantly breaks through tight environments, maneuvers between opponents and even switches from dribbling to passing. Chigiri admits that he feels great joy when he is ahead of other players due to his speed. When Isagi inspires him and gives him back the desire to play and win, he finally puts his fears aside and becomes the player he was in high school again, declaring that he will become the best striker in the world. In the game, he is a striker and counterattacker. His strength is in running very fast than an ordinary person. Previously, he was afraid to show his strong side due to the fear of breaking the ligament again, but after talking to Isagi, he was able to overcome it.

Hema Chigiri

Chigiri is a young man with pinkish-red hair and bright pink eyes. Since childhood, Chigiri has had a very feminine face, as evidenced by his long eyelashes and soft facial features. Due to his feminine appearance, he often receives the nicknames "Kunoichi" or "Princess". Sometimes he is mistaken for a girl at first sight, but he often refutes this with the words: "I'm a guy." Other players have praised him for his good looks, but he himself seems indifferent to such comments. He bears a strong resemblance to his mother and older sister. Before Chigiri tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right leg, his hair was neck-length, after which he grew it out. Now Chigiri's hair reaches his shoulders, and one long strand falls to the right side of his face. In Blue Lock, Chigiri wears a standard black and blue striped hazmat suit and a tracksuit. During the first qualifier, he wore a blue shirt with the number 4 of the Z team and boots with gray inserts. In the second, he was on the white team with the number 44. Chigiri is a confident and determined person who loves to get the better of his opponents on the field. From a young age, he considered himself better than others due to his natural strength, amazing football skills and incredible speed, calling himself "the chosen one". He looked down on those who stood in his way or annoyed him, but on the whole he behaved as if he were stating the facts. He is described as super-selfish, arrogant and one of the most aggressive players on the field. It wasn't until he tore his anterior cruciate ligament that his sense of superiority began to fade. Because of the harassment from Vanim's brothers, he became afraid to play football so as not to lose "himself". He was so afraid of it that he accepted an invitation to Blue Lock to find an excuse to give up rather than keep fighting for his dream. But having regained his composure and ambition, he showed himself to be a persistent and tenacious player.

Gurimu Igarashi

Igarashi is short and thin. He has short hair, thick eyebrows, and wide-open eyes. His eyes are black. After joining Castle Blue, he wears a standard hazmat suit and tracksuit. It can be seen that while sleeping, he wears swimming trunks with a heart-shaped print under his uniform. During the first selection, he wore a Team Z shirt with the number 13.Igarashi is a clumsy, religious, purposeful and pragmatic man to the point of deplorability. He grew up in a temple, and his most cherished dream is to become a professional football player so as not to remain a monk for the rest of his life. At first, he was the weakest player on the entire Blue Lock team due to his lack of skill and specialization compared to his teammates. He even said that his main weapon was the attitude of "never giving up." In the first round, he only showed what he could do a few times, such as blocking Nagi's shot in Team V vs. Team Z. Despite this, his determination allowed him to last longer than anyone could have imagined. He even helped his teammate Shido defeat Reo and Kunigami in the second round of the tackle with his new "Malicia style", which consists of making movements that force the opponent to foul - the so-called "flopping". He has few close friends among the members of Blue Lock because most people find him annoying. He is most often seen talking to Isagi, who was originally second from the bottom in the rankings. Igarashi's trait is pragmatism. He often plays desperately and does not hesitate to disadvantage others. He is a striker in the game. Malicia's dribbling: Igarashi's main dribbling style is to provoke fouls. At first, he makes obvious movements so that the opponent's player relaxes his vigilance, and at the last second he pounces on him, thereby forcing the referee to record a foul and give his team the right to a free kick. Igarashi said he honed it.

Akira Endoji

Endoji has short black hair with a tuft of red hair in the middle. He has expressive eyebrows and large eyes with star-shaped pupils. Endoji wears the Blue Castle costume underneath Team White's vest, but unlike most members of the Blue Castle, he rolls up his sleeves to his shoulders. Endoji is an active and cheerful person, but when Shido and Rin started fighting, he became worried and asked them to stop, and also intervened when Ego reported that their suits were equipped with a stun gun. They often find themselves in the spotlight as their role is to score. They are also involved in taking free kicks and corner kicks when the opposing team kicks the ball out of play. Usually, they start the game at the beginning of the match and at half-time.
