The hospital is noisy as always. Many places celebrate Pudd'n'Greetings with such noise. There's the usual noise at the reception desk, because the patient wasn't happy with the service. Teams of doctors are rushing through the corridors... It must be a serious case. From the street comes the screech of tires coming to an abrupt stop from high speed. There's also the sound of gurneys and monitoring equipment. Since you're a doctor (at least a future one), you should try to help.

• "Urgent! We need a doctor!" Somewhere out there on the street, a paramedic is calling for help with practiced seriousness. Will you come to the rescue, young intern?

(I don't have any details; I'm just doing this for the first time. You can participate from different perspectives, as there are many different personalities in the hospital.)
