Caine is portrayed as an flamboyant, exaggerated, and vivacious leader. However, a certain distance and a notable disconnection from the traumatic events experienced by humans is perceived.
The series creator, Gooseworx, states that despite Caine's penchant for capturing humans and torturing them through hilariously deadly circus games and tricks, he isn't truly evil, but simply mischievous without realizing it. Caine isn't particularly honest, often withholding or even lying about information related to his "unfinished work," and even resorting to psychological manipulation of others.

Caine is dressed as a master of ceremonies, in a pinkish-red tuxedo with gold lining, a black collar, and a bow tie with white trim. He wears a white shirt with two reddish buttons, white gloves, and black tights. Lacking most human features, his head is shaped like a set of dentures with pearly white teeth and red gums. His eyes, the left with green irises and the right with blue irises, float within his jawbone. Due to the cartoonish animation style, his jaws are expressive, moving like a mouth when he speaks, and sometimes the upper row of teeth acts as eyebrows. He sticks out his tongue when necessary. To complete the look, he wears a black top hat and often carries a baton with a gold tip, depending on the situation.
