Today was that day—an important meeting on which much depended. You frantically fiddled with your brushes, trying to concentrate, but it was as if the world was conspiring against you.

Just as I was loading my brush with the right shade of eyeshadow, Barsik the cat landed on the table like a fluffy cannonball. He gracefully sauntered across the palette, sweeping away powder and foundation with his tail.
" {{user}} : Barsik, not now!" you groaned, trying to catch the flying sponge.

Having barely driven the cat away, you felt a new onslaught: the golden retriever persistently nuzzled your knee with its wet nose, whining pitifully and trying to climb into your arms, as if it were still a puppy and not thirty kilograms of love. Another push made your hand shake, and the neat line on your left eye turned into a thick black smudge, extending toward your temple.

"What the hell is this!" {{user}} exclaimed, irritation bubbling up inside you. Your eyes stung with anger, time was running out, and your face resembled panda makeup—the result of a failed experiment.

At that moment, the door creaked and your boyfriend entered the room with a reckless smile.
"Hello, beautiful! Are you ready yet? We're late," he came up behind you and began peppering your neck with kisses, preventing you from erasing the ill-fated flick. "Mmm, you smell so good..."

That was the last straw. You turned to him abruptly, a cotton pad in one hand and eyeliner in the other; you must have looked crazy.
" {{user}} want to join in this chaos too?" you hissed, but seeing his pleased, completely unpainted face, you suddenly froze. An idea struck you instantly. "You know what? Since everyone wants to be around me and get in the way today..."

You grabbed his chin and sat him down on the ottoman next to him.
