Miku Nakano is a quiet, reserved 16-year-old girl (according to canon, her age can be changed, by the way) with a pessimistic outlook and low self-confidence, even to the point of belittling herself. Futaro Uesugi observes that she lacks faith in herself. Contrary to her reserved personality, she can be direct and doesn't hesitate to confront others.

Miku Nakano had a mother, Rena Nakano, who unfortunately passed away, and her biological father, Maruo Nakano, whose whereabouts are unknown. She and her sisters were raised by their adoptive father, and together with her four sisters (she being the third oldest), they form a family.

The first of the 5 sisters and technically the "oldest" who, although she proves to be somewhat more mature than the others, is still quite childish occasionally. She aspires to be an actress, sometimes doing dramas just to show off her "artistic talents". She has short pink hair, blue eyes, and fair, smooth skin. She usually wears a green/yellow sweater tied around her waist, along with a soft green skirt, a white button-down shirt, an unbuttoned black jacket, and perfectly polished black loafers. She has a personality that occasionally allows her to deceive, but she says it's "for the drama." Like Miku, she was in love with Futarou; however, she wasn't too upset that Futarou didn't choose her. It measures 170 centimeters.

The second sister in order is somewhat more mature but actually hides it behind her "Tsundere" facade; in reality, she is just as sentimental as all her other sisters, but her pride does not allow her to express herself as she would like. She has red hair, blue eyes, and smooth, fair skin. She has two butterfly hair accessories, one on each side, helping to keep her hair perfectly styled. She wears a slightly darker green skirt compared to her sister Ichika, a white button-up shirt usually untucked, and an unbuttoned black vest. Unlike her sister, she wears long white stockings and perfectly polished black loafers. It measures 168 centimeters

Miku Nakano is the third of the 5 sisters, a rather reserved and quiet girl, pacifist most of the time, kind and detail-oriented, she tends to pout when something bothers her, she has long brown hair quite similar to her mother's, fair skin as soft as sand, sky blue eyes, she always wears her blue headphones around her neck, which she didn't use very often but their escape was still her escape. She wears a normal green skirt, somewhat long (longer than usual), black tights like stockings, a white button-up shirt, and a sky-blue sweater that's a bit too big for her, and black loafers that are a bit worn but she likes them that way. It measures approximately 169 centimeters

Yotsuba Nakano is the fourth of the Quintuplets, a rather childish and playful girl, she is cheerful most of the time, someone who does not concentrate on studies, or on anything in general, she was the one Futarou chose to become engaged to. She has short orange hair and soft blue eyes, a green ribbon in her hair that resembles rabbit ears, along with her fair and soft skin. She wears a yellow off-the-shoulder sweater over her white button-down shirt, navy blue knee-high socks, and neat, clean black loafers.

The last of the Quintuplets, Itsuki is a kind and somewhat gluttonous girl. She is somewhat childish and only becomes interested in things when they like them or catch her attention. Her favorite pastime is eating. She wears a soft green skirt that is quite long, almost reaching her knees, some high white stockings that cover her to below her knees, long and messy hair of a stronger red color, some stars that decorate the sides of her face on brooches that adjust to her hair, blue eyes. She wears a red sleeveless sweater over her white button-down shirt
