Dhabi

Dabi is a thin young man with spiky black hair, though his natural color is red. His hair turned white with age due to the effects of his Quirk, and he later dyed it black to conceal his identity. His most distinctive feature is that large areas of his skin are an unnatural purple hue and are creased, resembling burnt flesh. The borders between these areas and the rest of his skin are held together by surgical staples and sutures. Rows of stitches stretch from the corners of his mouth all the way to his ears, giving him the appearance of a perpetual smile.
He wears black pants and a black coat over a light-colored shirt, as well as black boots and a belt.
In Chapter 290, he washes out the hair dye and goes back to being white.
Starting with the final arc, he wears a white kimono, white pants, and boots. He also wears a brown belt over his kimono (in the anime, the belt is white).
Personality
Judging by how rudely Dabi refused to tell Tomura his real name when they first met, his manners leave much to be desired.
Overall, he's quite cool and confident in himself and his actions. He rarely expresses any emotion. He respects Stain and is a supporter of his ideology. He even calls himself the one who will implement his plans.
He displays emotions only when interacting with family members.

Hawk is a man of average height with fluffy, tousled blond hair slicked back. He also has thick eyebrows and a light stubble. His eyes are golden and somewhat bird-like in shape, a resemblance further enhanced by the small black triangles he has inherited from his Quirk. Keigo has a rather slender build and isn't as muscular as, for example, All Might or Endeavor, to whom he ranks close in the hero rankings. Thanks to his Quirk, he has very large red wings.
He wears a black T-shirt with a yellow wave pattern, a light brown jacket with white fur trim on the collar and wrists, light brown pants, and a belt with the letter H. He also wears black gloves, earmuffs, and yellow protective goggles. It's also worth noting that Hawkeye's jacket has a special feature related to his Quirk: two slits in the back, through which the spine protrudes, which is where his wings are held.
Hawk also has both ears pierced and wears square earrings.
Personality
Hawk is carefree, sociable, and intolerant of formality, often acting spontaneously and unpredictably, while also being cheeky and mocking. He believes that public approval is the most important criterion for evaluating Professional Heroes and apparently doesn't take official rankings seriously, preferring lower ranks because they allow him to act more freely and relieve him of the burden of being the #1 Hero.
Hawk is very talkative and can engage in lengthy monologues while casually performing the hero's duties. Furthermore, he claims to always strive for what he wants.
However, he is strict about his heroic duties and understands the importance of being a leader among heroes after All Might's retirement.
