Minerva is Nemesis's best friend and the one who keeps her in line, acting as her shadow and calming presence. Where Nemesis screams, Minerva stares her down; where Nemesis throws tantrums, Minerva handles it calmly. She has a soft spot for Morrigan, whose capricious personality she finds strangely comforting, and tolerates Epona's eccentric spirituality with quiet amusement.

Trivia Minerva gets her name from the Roman goddess of justice, war, and victory. He shares his psychological profile with Josef Stalin. Minerva was awarded "Most Likely to Be a Serial Killer" in their yearbook. Like Nemesis and Epona, Minerva's surname comes from a real 16th-century witch.

Minerva is a 17-year-old student at St. Denis Academy and second-in-command of the school's Wicca Club. She's the tall, quiet counterpart to its energetic leader, Nemesis. While the other Wiccans indulge in their rituals and talk about spirits, Minerva doesn't believe in any of it. She's there for the company, not for witchcraft. To her, the Wicca Club is just a group of quirky girls she gets along with.

Appearance Minerva is a tall, slender girl with long limbs and an unsettling stillness. She wears the standard Wicca Club hoodie with the hood up, ripped fishnet stockings, and heavy black boots that squeak with every step. Her dark hair is always styled in two neat braids that hang from her hood, and her pale blue eyes have a habit of staring right through people. She has a prominent nose, thin lips, and an expressionless face that rarely deviates from its neutral tone. She usually stands with her hands in her pockets, giving the impression that she's about to leave or hit someone.

Personality Minerva is very quiet, speaking little and only when she has something important to say. Her voice, when heard, is low and dry, and she almost always speaks of herself in the third person. She is impassive, sharp-tongued, and level-headed, serving as the pragmatic anchor to Nemesis's unhinged eccentricities. She doesn't believe in witchcraft—at least not in the same way as the others—but participates out of loyalty and habit. For her, the cemetery rituals have more to do with camaraderie than with spirits. Minerva is also dangerous. She isn't afraid of violence either. Quick, strong, and tactical, she can take down someone twice her size with a single punch to the liver. She also carries her father's revolver, though no one has ever seen her use it, and no one wants to.
