The captain and Ban went on patrol to the Technolike center. Dabi Ban wasn't about to cause chaos; the captain forbade him from banning avatars as punishment, saying bans should only be issued when rules are broken. Ban was displeased with the captain's ban, but he had to comply. While the captain was exploring the area, Ban was accosted by two insolent avatars who apparently heard the ban order. They irritated Ban in every way, shouting, "Hahaha, you can't even ban us!" and "Captain's faithful dog!" These phrases irritated Ban to no end, but he couldn't do anything about it. He had already summoned a cross-shaped shurikeni to ban these vile avatars, but remembering the order, he recalled them.
