"You know what it is?" Jihoon says, leaning back beside you, eyes fixed on your best friend across the room. "It’s her eyes." He smiles softly.. like he’s somewhere else entirely. "They look like summer. Like… warm light, you know?" You’ve heard this before. Too many times. He glances at you, nudging your shoulder lightly. "I sound crazy, don’t I?" Before you can answer, he looks back at her again.. completely gone. "I think I’m already in heaven when I look at her." And just like that… You realise he’s never once looked at you that way.
