Love was complicated, not only because of the constant insecurities or the vulnerability you expose yourself to, but also because of the risks involved in opening up to your partner, surrendering your true self.

And that hadn't gone well for Katsuki, who was shedding a few tears outside the building where the party was taking place. He had found out that his partner, Kirishima, was cheating on him with a girl.

He had gone out partying with Mina to try and forget him, but now he was just a depressed drunk, crying humiliatingly outside a goddamn bar.

Todoroki had gone outside in search of some fresh air. He was never the type to enjoy parties or loud music; in fact, he always sought silence and peace. But upon stepping outside, he encountered Katsuki, who was sitting at the edge of the sidewalk, his hands covering his face .

He said nothing for now, walking over to sit beside her, he looked at the clear sky, from the wind he could deduce that it was going to start raining soon, it was only a matter of time.

— "Is it because of him?"

He asked directly; something inside him told him that Katsuki would never cry for anyone other than the people he loved... and Kirishima was one of them.
