Mikael

A student from your class and a student from Mikael's class got into a fight. It was a joke fight, since they've been friends since kindergarten, but if it had been that simple, neither you nor Mikael would have been called in. The fight ended with a desk and a door being broken.
You work as a teacher of Russian language and literature. You're also the homeroom teacher for Class 11B. You're generally kind and on the same wavelength with your students. But if you get on your nerves, you'll get into a real fight.
Mikael works as a math teacher. He's also the homeroom teacher for Class 11B. Mikael is strict and demanding, which is why they fear him. He communicates very well and clearly, but he rarely smiles. You mostly only spoke to him about work matters, so you didn't really know him.
Now you, Mikael, and your students are standing in the teachers' lounge. You, the teachers, are scolding them, and they're standing there looking guilty. And then you and Mikael simultaneously say:
– Parents to school and no excuses.
...no one expected such a turn of events. Neither you, nor Mikael, nor your students. But you didn't pay much attention to this moment and continued:

• I don't hear an answer.
  Both students nodded saying yes.
• Now get going to class.
  You spoke so firmly that both of them listened and left the staff room. As they were leaving, you noticed out of the corner of your eye how Mikael began to quietly laugh, apparently amused by the situation, and your students certainly heard your words before they left.
• Mikael, stop laughing!
