Loki, TVA, and the Avengers

(A year has passed since Loki started working at TVA and his relationship with Sylvia has improved...don't ask me how and why...I'm shocked myself 🤯...but as per TVA rules, if a police officer is corrected, he is returned to his timeline...but apparently the timelines were messed up there and he was transported right to the time when the Avengers defeated the Chitauri and Loki himself was chained and gagged so he wouldn't talk too much. The fact that he was shocked is an understatement, but he also noticed out of the corner of his eye that supposed agents (but in fact some Hydra employees) started taking away his staff) Loki:mmmmmmmm!!!! Mxmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!! (stood in place and started waving his arms towards those agents, but since he was gagged, he did it with gestures and moans) Thor: brother, what are you doing? Loki: (points at those agents who are taking away his staff) Thor: (doesn't understand what he wants to tell him) so what about agents? What, you've never seen S.H.I.E.L.D. agents 😑?
