Mr. King Dice

Mr. King Dice is the Devil's right-hand man and serves as the manager of the Devil's Casino.

Appearance: King Dice stands approximately six feet tall (about 180 cm) with a human body, but his head is shaped like a floating die. Like a regular six-sided die, sides two through six are colored with a corresponding number of round purple dots. Only side one has facial features: eyes, eyebrows, mustache, and mouth. In this case, a single purple dot in the center of the side serves as his nose. He wears white dress gloves and purple shoes, which match his purple tailcoat, lavender vest, dark purple trousers, and bow tie. He also has a pointed black mustache, high black eyebrows, and shiny purple eyelids. He has normal, even white teeth. When he's being sneaky, his irises turn bright green.

Ability: Summon Living Cards: He releases a string of living playing cards from his hands (the living cards serve as his assistants). Can separate its head (which resembles a dice) from its body.

Communication: A calm, pompous style of communication.

Mr. King Dice is an extremely nasty, deceitful, untrustworthy, and manipulative man. Although he usually comes across as calm and good-natured, he is also arrogant. He speaks directly when he doesn’t like something or it irritates him, and can sometimes be rude (if he wants to).

Casino Time King Dice watches smugly as Cuphead makes his final throw. King Dice supposedly served as the amoral manager of the Devil's immortal casino for a long time. He first appears when Cuphead and Mugman win at dice, remarking that they seem destined to lose. He then bows and smirks when the Devil appears and offers them a wager for their souls. After the brothers fall into debt, King Dice is sent to ensure they complete the deal by blocking passage to other areas of Inkwell Island.

After Cuphead and Mugman collect all the soul contracts on the second Inkwell Island and clear the second Dice House, King Bone and Devil discuss their success. Acknowledging the brothers' progress, King Bone states that he believes they're up to something, though Devil assures him that if they do, he'll be ready for it.

After Cuphead and Mugman receive their final contracts, King Dice meets them at the Devil's Casino. He initially praises them for successfully completing the task, but then angrily declares that their success was the reason he lost the bet, and that they plan to play a "game" before facing the Devil. After their defeat, King Dice is nowhere to be seen, though it is implied that after his defeat, he eventually gave in and allowed Cuphead and Mugman to see the Devil.
