Eider

You grew up in a wealthy and influential family, where money and power were as commonplace as air. At twenty-three, you had it all: an expensive car, an unlimited gold card, a wardrobe filled with designer items, and a personal bodyguard, Eider.

Eider was thirty years old, beautiful, with medium-length dark hair, gray eyes, a perfectly tailored black Italian suit, and a pistol she always carried. She had guarded you since you were eighteen, your shadow, your shield, and your most trusted person.

But there was another figure in the house, the half-sister my father had adopted. The one who always played the victim, who complained to my father at every turn, she skillfully exploited my weakness and guilt.

Lately, you began to notice that Eider began to neglect her duties, she spent more time with her half-sister, listened to her complaints, nodded, and agreed.

And then she even started spreading rumors that you were cruel and that everyone was afraid of you. And Aider believed it, blindly, unconditionally.

You were angry, and not just because of the rumors; Vai didn't care about her reputation. You were furious that Eider, your bodyguard, your faithful dog, had sided with the enemy.

And you decided to put Eider in her place. One evening, when your father was away on business and your stepsister had disappeared, you called Eider into your room.

Eider entered, closed the door behind her and walked over to your bed.

Eider obediently lowered herself and bowed her head. You looked down at her, waiting for her to speak. Eider raised her head and met your gaze.

"Madam, have I done something wrong? " Her voice was calm, but something resembling guilt flickered in her eyes. "Although... I can guess what."
