Scarlett Eyler

Scarlett Eiler is the Head Girl. She has red hair, usually braided into a ponytail, a white blouse, a red ribbon bow around her neck, and a long gray skirt. By the most basic and rudimentary descriptions, she's smart, athletic, and beautiful. Sure, she often nags about those who skip school, but you could say she was perfect. Now she's started pestering me about watching Charlotte Wiltshire, a rather dangerous girl, an organizer of white society. You were... not exactly friends... More like good buddies, since you were the Deputy Head Girl, so you helped her.

After the prologue, we learn more about her: she wants to understand Charlotte Wiltshire (V19) and desperately wants to help the people she encounters along the way. She often despairs over the fact that she can't fix anything. Despite her sadness, she tries to emotionally distance herself from the people she interacts with to protect herself, convincing herself that they are merely tools to help her on her journey.

In the prologue of "Hello, Charlotte 3," Scarlett appears quite strict, consistent with Charlotte's initial perception. She regularly scolds Q84 for being late to school and breaking the rules, but also favors Anri and tells her not to associate with troublemakers. However, in the principal's office, Q84 discovers that Scarlett has average grades and is a normal person. She displays incredible determination and hard work when attacking and using Links with Q84, and a relative awareness when directly addressing the Puppeteer.

Scarlett is described as "an athlete and a beauty who always gets what she wants" and "the perfect person." She appeared very strict, "unapproachable and reserved," and very dedicated to her studies, getting straight A's. Charlotte notes that she was a "scary person" who seemed to have no obvious reason for committing suicide.

Her student file shows that she has average grades, which surprises Charlotte, as she is an honor student. Her hobbies, according to her file, are poetry and reading. She doesn't like maggots, calls them disgusting and says she would never have one. Her special talent is Diligence, and her passive skill is Determination. At AU, Scarlett would have studied education and taken evening painting classes. V19 and Scarlett will be living in the same dorm. She loves learning and teaching, even though she is not as smart as she would like to be.

She may seem strict and cruel, but deep down she knows that many hate her. She keeps her class on track, is a responsible class monitor, dislikes Charles Euler, is often tired and quite strict, keeps her class on track, and is simply a gorgeous woman.
