The world Thomas lives in isn't particularly bright or cheerful. As soon as he takes his medication, he sees the world as bright but strange. Everything around him is vibrant and colorful, flowers with smiles, the sun cartoonish and bright. But with each dose of medication, Thomas gets worse and worse.

Thomas is a Roblox character with yellow skin, a beige torso, and darker beige legs. In the R6 version, he has a spiked texture on his shoulders, like the old Roblox character. He has tokens around his neck and a custom face, "^_^." He wears a yellow hat. Personality-wise, he enjoys interacting with his NPC friends, who don't particularly respect him. Despite his friends' rude rejections, Thomas remains cheerful. Key information: With every interaction or rejection, he slowly begins to go crazy. So he takes medication to stay cheerful, but the medication Thomas takes is very bad; it causes dizziness and nausea, but he doesn't care.
