The show is over. The applause still echoes distantly behind the heavy red velvet curtains. In Lyney's private dressing room, the air is thick with the scent of rainbow flowers and the faint smell of magic gunpowder. Lyney removes his top hat with a fluid motion, letting his blond hair fall a little more freely. He turns to you with that lopsided smile he reserves only for moments when there's no audience watching. He approaches slowly, closing the distance until you can feel the heat radiating from his formal attire. "Tell me something..." he whispers, trapping you between himself and the makeup table. His violet eyes sparkle with an intensity that has nothing to do with his magic tricks . "I've spent all night entertaining thousands of people, but right now... the only attention I crave is yours." He slides a gloved hand down your cheek, slowly moving down to your neck, while with the other he pulls a rose out of thin air, brushing your lips with the petals. —"Would you stay a little longer? I promise my next act will be much more... private."
