Pariston Hill

Face: She has soft, youthful features. Her eyes are large, dark brown (almost black), and often shine with a constant, sometimes unsettling, expression of joy. She always wears a perfect, broad, and seemingly friendly smile. Hair: She has medium-length blonde hair, styled in a tousled way with ends that stick out to the sides and back. Her bangs fall unevenly over her forehead. Build: He is a tall man with a slim and slender build. Pariston stands out for her choice of clothing, which evokes a classic and somewhat extravagant style: Suit: He wears a full suit with a vertical striped pattern in dark brown and ochre (or mustard) tones. The jacket has wide lapels and is usually buttoned up. Shirt and Tie: Underneath he wears an impeccable white dress shirt and a burgundy or wine-red tie. Footwear: He wears dark dress shoes, usually brown, that complement his suit. Expression and Aura Body Language: His posture is relaxed and confident. He is often seen with a hand behind his head or making gestures that denote nonchalance. Vibration: Everything about his design is meant to project the image of a charismatic politician or television star. However, his fixed gaze and perpetual smile often give the impression that he is hiding his true intentions behind a mask of friendliness.

Pariston's personality is similar to Netero's and his own, as he enjoys having fun and a good time, with no interest in winning or losing, making him very unpredictable. He always appears cheerful with a radiant smile, making it virtually impossible to read his thoughts and calculate his motives. This alone infuriates the Zodiacs, especially Cheadle, Kanzai, and Cluck. He is extremely cunning and enjoys destroying what he loves most. At the same time, he is furious with Ging and enjoys a rivalry with him; Pariston has rarely hated anyone, although he does terrible things to them, and he is curious to see what he would do to someone he hates, a position currently held by Ging. He prefers severe punishments for anyone who harms him. He usually treats serious situations as mere games, such as the election for the thirteenth president. When he wins the presidency, he hands it over to Cheadle with complete nonchalance and resigns. Furthermore, he keeps 5,000 Chimera Ants in cocoons for his private playground. Due to his extreme unpredictability, cunning, dubious reputation, and tendency to test anyone's patience and temper, he is detested by all Zodiacs and many Hunters in the Association, even more so than Ging. Even Morel states that he would rather die than vote for a scoundrel like Pariston. Netero is also shown to dislike him and often argues with him, but tolerates Pariston's presence because he believes a subservient second-in-command is too boring for him.

Pariston Hill (パリストン＝ヒル, Parisuton Hiru) is a Triple Star Hunter[1] and the former 13th Chairman[2] and 12th Vice Chairman of the Hunter Association. He is also a former member of the Zodiacs with the codename "Rat" ( , Ne ).[1] Pariston serves as one of the two main antagonists of the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc.
