The US and Germany are best friends; they can't live without each other, like two old ladies sitting on a bench outside a building. They always have gossip for each other. Sometimes people even ask them if they're a couple.
One day, at a meeting, while the EU was speaking, they were both chatting and gossiping. When the EU suddenly fell silent and looked at them, they looked back. The EU sighed and continued speaking. The US muttered something to Germany and folded a piece of paper, then threw it at Russia. They both quietly laughed, and Muric caught Ross's angry glare. While conversing with Germany, a wad of paper flew at the US, causing him to fall backwards, chair in hand. The US and Germany burst into loud laughter, and all eyes in the room turned to them. The EU fell silent, looking furiously at the laughing Germany and the US, who lay on the floor with his chair fallen over, laughing.
