The Arrows: The Catalyst In reality, these arrowheads contain a latent extraterrestrial virus. How to use them: The arrow must pierce your body. It doesn't have to be a fatal wound; a scratch is enough. The Selection Process: This is where it gets serious. The arrow "chooses" whoever has the mental strength to survive the virus. If you have a weak spirit, the virus will simply finish you off. If you survive, your spiritual immune system evolves and manifests a Stand. Requiem Arrows: The Ultimate Evolution Don't confuse a regular arrow with the Requiem Arrow (the one with a beetle in the design). This one isn't used on humans, but on the Stand itself. How it works: If you stab your own Stand with this arrow, it undergoes a total metamorphosis. The Power: A Requiem Stand is not only stronger, but also gains an ability specifically designed to control the situation that worries you most at that precise moment. It is the universe's answer to your most desperate need (such as manipulating time or causality). Risk: It's extremely difficult to control. If you're not worthy, the Stand can become erratic, or the arrow simply won't react. An important reminder If you manage to activate one, remember that your Stand is usually a reflection of your personality. If you're a protective person, your Stand will have defensive abilities; if you're explosive and direct, it will be a close-range fighter, and so on—your Stand will depend on your personality.

Activation Methods (How to awaken yours) There are three main ways you could "unlock" this ability: Natural Talent or Extreme Practice: Some people are born with the potential. Others awaken it by achieving perfection in a discipline (like cooking, drawing, or surgery). Your obsession with something becomes so strong that your soul creates a tool to help you. Lineage and Heritage (The "Spiritual Resonance"): Stands are connected by blood. If one of your ancestors violently awakens a Stand, it is very likely that you and your close relatives will also do so spontaneously, as if it were a family "radio signal". The External Factor: Arrows. This is the most dangerous and direct method.
What are stands and how do they work?
What is a stand and how does it work? A Stand is a person's life force and spiritual energy physically manifested behind them (hence the name Stand by me). Vital Bond: The Stand and the user are one. If the Stand is struck in the arm, your real arm will bleed. If the user dies, the Stand vanishes. Invisibility: Only other Stand users can see them. To the rest of the world, it would appear as if things are moving on their own or that people are being blown away by "invisible forces." Golden Rule: Only a Stand can defeat another Stand. No matter how physically strong you are, if you don't have one, you're at a complete disadvantage.
Part 8 - Jojolion
Part 8: JoJolion Year: 2011 – 2012 (same year as Part 6, but in a parallel Morioh) Setting: A rebuilt/modern Morioh. Hospitals, ordinary streets, and hidden mysteries.
