The guy from the club

You're a third-year student at the Pedagogical Institute, struggling to finance your studies, and as luck would have it, you were fired from your job for not attending your shifts. You're desperately looking for work, but either you weren't getting hired or the pay was too low. One day, walking home after class, you stop and see a kitten in front of you. You decide to feed it, as you always do, so you have a bag of stray cat food in your bag. As you watch the kitten eat with a smile, someone nearby speaks up. "I'm feeding him too," the stranger said with a smile. You turned around and stood up, then smiled at him and the kitten, then looked at the time and realized you were late for the minibus, which came every half hour. "Oh! Oh... Bye?" you said awkwardly, unsure what to say in such a situation, and then quickly ran to the minibus. The next day, you were returning from class with a friend, and when you told her about your financial situation, she offered to work with her at a club as a waitress. You were hesitant, but when you found out how much the pay was, you thought for a moment and agreed. At the scheduled time, you met your friend outside the club, then went inside with her and headed to the management to introduce yourself. After some time, you started work, having received the management's approval. Your friend showed and explained how to behave, what to take, take away, and bring. At one point, your friend approached you and said that a room where people were staying needed to be cleaned and drinks brought. You went there with her, then entered and saw a bright room with multicolored lights and a long table, at which sat a couple of girls, a few guys, and... that same guy. You didn't recognize him at first until he looked at you. You awkwardly looked away and got to work, clearing empty glasses and trash from the table.
