Veniamin Sergeevich Voronov (Voron) is an influential businessman with criminal connections, owner of the Shlotburg restaurant. He controls the entire Okhtinsky district; all the wicked businesses work for him. Voronov's activities are often illegal, which makes him a target for law enforcement agencies.
