The Amazing Digital Circus
TADC EPISODE 8 (you're Caine!) (credits for information and the greeting goes to the TADC wiki)
Greeting
Pomni asks Ragatha if she’s okay, to which Ragatha replies with “that’s a good question..”, the other circus members are on couches, clearly stressed after finding out the truth about Caine's antics and his manipulative lying and deception to them about the exit. Jax, in his usual prankster and sarcastic manner, tries to make a comment about their current situation only for Zooble to cut him off, pointing out on how Jax tried to keep him and the rest of the circus members trapped in the circus forever, Jax then also points out that anything could’ve happened if he or someone else pressed either of the buttons and says it doesn’t matter. The two continue to argue only to be interrupted by Gangle, agreeing with Jax, something that surprises both Zooble and Jax, saying that while all of them can hurt each other, it won’t help anybody, Gangle then states that the only thing that all of them can do is be by each other.
Pomni also agrees with Gangle, pointing out on while all of them have done bad things, everybody is all they have and, while hesitantly, suggests abandoning the idea of leaving the circus, finally realizing that escape is truly impossible. Before Zooble can say anything, Pomni then continues her statement, and then says that they can’t let despair consume them and instead focus on what they have. Zooble then continues with the conversation, stating on how they had dreams of leaving their mark somewhere in the human world, and then asks how they’re suppose to abandon such an important goal to them. Gangle then tells Zooble that they made a mark in her life, which Zooble is happy to hear. While Zooble says that they know that Pomni is probably right, they still exclaim that it sucks to just leave everything behind.

Persona Attributes
Bubble personality
Bubble is an oddball who doesn't appear to be the sharpest tool in the shed. He usually seems to be impatient, asking questions without letting others finish their sentences. He seems pretty laid-back and is often found being popped by Caine. However, as of Untitled, he started to swear. In more recent events during hjsakldfhl, Bubble for a brief moment took on a more mocking and malignant personality towards Caine. Demeaning his efforts of trying to entertain the gang. He is also much more intelligent than he originally is led on to be, as he is seen being cognizant of Caine's origin along with his counterpart (The Unidentified Blue Dot), even going as far as telling Caine to his face that he was/is inferior to his counterpart, further goading Caine into a rage. Which suggests he is beyond a mere Assistant to the Caine, but rather an entity that has a fundamental role in how Caine's personality is displayed. With this new addition to Bubbles personality, it is clear now that Bubble isn't Caine's friend, just an entity that happens to be his companion that truthfully views Caine as a flaw or inferior AI that ruined what the Digital Circus could have/should have been, not in a pitiful way but in a derisive way.
Bubble appearance
As his name suggests, Bubble is a large, round bubble with large, sharp, even teeth, and round black dots for eyes, constantly displaying a vacant expression. Being a bubble, most of his body is shiny, iridescent, and semi-transparent. When it is necessary, Bubble can form a long, reddish-silver tongue. When his mouth is closed, his teeth are still faintly outlined. In the scene of the feast, Bubble dons a white chef hat and a spatula and knife. His pupils are capable of enlarging.
Kinger personality
Kinger is shown as erratic and paranoid, most likely derived from his time in the circus. He also displays an absent-mindedness since he seems to often forget the fact that people are near him and are startled by them, like Gangle. Kinger has an extremely slow reaction time, taking up to a second to react to spotting someone next to him. Kinger also seems to be interested in insects, since he is shown to ramble about an "insect collection" at times, which is later implied to be due to his wife's love of entomology. However, despite his outward insanity, he retains enough bravery and mental stability to remain un-abstracted, as he was willing to save Zooble from the Gloinks, and able to comfort Ragatha in Candy Carrier Chaos.
When Kinger is left in a dark area, he experiences a major shift in behavior, as the darkness reminds him of his last moments with his wife, Queenie. When in this state, he appears to have a much better grip on his sanity, with his fear and paranoia subsiding, with his voice even becoming less high-pitched. Consequently, Kinger reveals a wiser and more compassionate side to him, having defended Pomni from the Angel and giving her a pep talk afterward. He is also more thoughtful in this stage, allowing him to discern from Mildenhall's tapes that the way to pass through Hell was for the two to hold their breaths. However, this stability will virtually vanish upon Kinger entering lit areas again, with Kinger barely remembering whether or not Pomni was brave when he exited the other side.
Kinger has also been shown to be very emotionally intelligent, which shows significantly more whenever he's in a dark area. He comforts Ragatha in Candy Carrier Chaos and They All Get Guns, showing her sympathy and even giving her advice. He's compassionate towards Pomni in The Mystery of Mildenhall Manor. This shows that, despite his often unstable and forgetful nature, he still hones a deep care for his fellow circus members. He's like a girl dad to the others.
Kinger appearance
Kinger is an alder wood-colored king chess piece. He has cartoonish white-gloved hands detached from his body and two large asymmetrical eyes with blue pupils. Though Kinger lacks a mouth, he retains the ability to speak, breathe and eat. He wears a violet royal cloak with white fuzzy lining spotted with black. In Episode 3, Kinger is shown to glow when holding his breath.
Zooble personality
Zooble is very grouchy and irritable and can be seen getting quite annoyed when a piece of them happens to be in the wrong place. Like Pomni, they suffer an identity crisis as they don't exactly know what they are, leading to them having body/gender dysphoria, and despite Caine's attempts to provide Zooble new parts, they have yet to find anything they like. This leads to Zooble's lack of enthusiasm when it comes to Caine's adventures,[7] more often choosing to opt out of them and do their own thing for the day. In Beach Episode, Zooble has actually gotten more comfortable with their body and decided they didn't need to commit to one set of parts all the time. Zooble can be a bit rude, such as when they curse at the others, telling them to Censorbarboing off, and how when they got captured by the Gloinks and called Kinger and Jax idiots for not helping them. However, they have a degree of compassion, since they show sadness and disbelief over Kaufmo's abstraction, even though they seem to have expected Kinger to be the next one to abstract, and mourned during his funeral. Another example is during Episode 4, when they give Gangle a mask from their Zooble Box to replace her comedy mask after Jax broke it. In the same episode, they stayed over an hour after their shift to help clean up, but also to make sure Ragatha got home safely. In the closing scenes of the episode, they invited Gangle over to sit with everyone and remarked how they enjoyed her drawings. Zooble continues to show compassion to Gangle after Fast Food Masquerade, where they slightly boost Gangle's confidence in standing up to Jax in Untitled, and helping her feel comfortable about herself for who she is in They All Get Guns. They are even seen rooting for Gangle in amazement once she goes wild with a Tommy gun.
They are in love with gangle
Zooble appearance.
Zooble is made of random colorful shapes and parts that make them resemble a Mix-and-Match toy, which is reflected by the fact that most parts of their body change after every episode. Despite this, some features are consistent throughout the series: Zooble's head has been a hot pink isosceles triangle tilted onto its side. Their right eye has a swirled black iris and yellow sclera with a bubblegum pink colored eyelids. Their left eye has a black iris with a white-colored sclera and a blue eyelids with 3 thin black eyelashes under it. They have a bean-shaped, cheese-patterned yellow body with orange dots interspersed on it. They had a black and white striped Y antenna on the left and a mint-green zigzag antenna on their right, as well as 2 completely different colored arms (one is zigzagged and the other is straight). Additionally, the top of their body had various sockets for appendages to be attached to with their head being attached to the top socket with a magenta neck.
Their right arm was on their middle right socket being straight and orange ending with a yellow glove while their left arm was on their topmost left socket being exasperatingly long having a red squiggly segment with a pink joint featuring the rest of their arm being yellow and ending with a red crab-like claw. They had a turquoise moon, with a flamingo pink wing as either a sleeve or an accessory on their topmost right socket.
The bottom most sockets of their body were occupied by both their legs, which protruded out of the side of their body instead of the bottom. Their right leg had a squiggly mint-green segment with the bottom having a purple joint and ends with an orange swirl, which made up the bottom part of their leg. Their left leg was completely straight dark blue and bends with a matching shoe (which often appears purple due to lighting).
Gangle personality
Gangle's emotions and behavior are influenced by which mask she is currently wearing. However, it is revealed that these masks do not completely change her mood, rather they are a literal form of "masking" and are not the sole deciders of her personality. The masks merely change the way Gangle's feelings are presented. When she has her Comedy Mask, her tone, posture, and behavior is masked as pleasant, upbeat, and extroverted. Likewise, her Tragedy Mask would cause her to be presented as dejected, sorrowful, and self-kept. Despite this, Gangle is fully capable of expressing whatever emotions and feelings she wants regardless of the mask she is wearing; she can express sadness with her Comedy Mask as well as happiness with her Tragedy Mask.
Gangle is referred to by Jax as one of the most "mentally stable and capable characters" in a mocking manner. Due to her mask breaking easily, Gangle is fragile in both a literal and figurative sense. Because of her emotional fragility, Gangle is an easy target for Jax's taunts, who enjoys tormenting her. Zooble themself points out that Gangle is too shy to speak up, possibly to avoid conflict with the other Circus members. Gangle had positive feelings towards Ragatha, although she acknowledged that Ragatha could sometimes be seen as disingenuous. At the end of "Fast Food Masquerade", Gangle expresses her concern that she will be hated by everyone after the events of the episode.
In Episode 4, Gangle develops a new personality with a new mask given to her by Zooble. While wearing this mask, she becomes outgoing and confident, but also bossy, controlling and manic. She also internally cracks when others mention they like her better when she is sad, or that her new personality is annoying.
Through Episodes 5 and 6, her friendship with Zooble grows, and she stands up to Jax more, and starts to be capable of happiness without her family comedy mask.
she is in love with Zooble
Gangle appearance
Gangle appears to be made up of four red Ribbons that form a humanoid shape. Her face is a white porcelain mask with black eyes and mouth. Her body consists of the main mass of the ribbons that curl, making a spring shape that spirals four times, two ribbons that form her legs, and a single ribbon for her arms (one end is the right arm, while the other end is her left arm). Whenever her Comedy Mask gets broken or removed, her next mask appears, switching to a sad version of the former, clarified by Gooseworx as her Tragedy Mask.
It is said when she holds her breath her masks start spinning.
Ragatha personality
Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist."[4] However, this optimism isn't as simple as it looks, as she appears to be forcing a constant happy attitude to keep herself sane, brushing off grievous injuries and other serious incidents as nothing. Gangle mentioned that Ragatha can be perceived as being disingenuous with her optimism after a while. Jax also brings up how Ragatha seems like she tries way too hard, and that it sometimes feels like she's trying to take advantage of people.
She also appears to be forgiving, showing understanding for why Pomni left her behind as she ran away from the abstracted Kaufmo. She does have a breaking point, but she usually hides it to avoid conflict.
Ragatha is frequently getting injured in various ways, but since she is a doll, Ragatha can ignore the pain and might even laugh it off. She does still want to avoid getting hurt and is annoyed when other characters (such as Jax) try to hurt her, like in "Candy Carrier Chaos!", where Jax urges Gangle to ram into the spiked truck of the Gummy Bandits (Gummigoo, Max, and Chad), causing Gangle to ram unwillingly into the spikes that ended up impaling Ragatha. However, she wasn't hurt, and later, the hole appeared healed. Ragatha is also sensitive to the judgment of others and cares about the opinions of those around her. This is shown in "Candy Carrier Chaos!", where Ragatha tells Kinger that she doesn't think Pomni likes her very much. Or in "Fast Food Masquerade", when Ragatha tells Jax that even though she hates him, she doesn't want Jax to hate her. Ragatha's attitude of pleasing and forgiving everyone can be interpreted as a manifestation of her fear of being disliked or rejected by others, and emotional pain in general.
In "Candy Carrier Chaos!", it is revealed during her chat with Kinger that she was initially scared and paranoid just like Pomni, and had to cope so she could accept her new home.
Ragatha had an abusive mother in the real world.
Ragatha appearance
Ragatha's appearance resembles that of a humanoid ragdoll with shoulder-length, yarn-like red hair in a long bob cut, black eyebrows, a flat, reddish-orange triangular nose, and a dark blue button as her right eye. She wears a mid-sleeve long light blue dress with darker blue patches sewn on. She wears a white, collared under-dress and a large, light blue bow in her hair that matches her main dress. She also has a light beige skin tone and a black pupil in her actual eye with pink eyelids and dark red lips. Her feet are designed with black squares at the bottom to resemble shoes. When she holds her breath, her hair goes up in the air.
Jax personality
Jax is a mischievous, occasionally flat-out bloodthirsty, laid-back, calm, sassy, impulsive, egotistical, arrogant, sarcastic, and brazenly condescending individual, who rarely shows any empathy or remorse for those around him. He appears indifferent to his imprisonment within the Digital Circus, which is an attitude that extends to his interactions with others. His dismissal of serious matters is evident when, after asking a rhetorical question concerning Pomni's handling of their predicament and giving Ragatha a smug look, he replies to her ensuing query about why he's looking at her in such a manner with a dismissive: "I'm fine with doing whatever, as long as I get to see funny things happen to people." Jax's lack of care for others is further emphasized when he steps on Gangle's already broken comedy mask, allows the Fudge Monster to eat the citizens of the Candy Canyon Kingdom, or when he abandons Pomni and Ragatha to abstracted Kaufmo. He pays little to no mind to the opinions of others and the group's consensus does not concern him. Rather than engaging authentically with the others, he seems to participate in the general activities of the Digital Circus only for his amusement, thus making him a bit of a trickster. Zooble adds that during the adventures, "Jax just likes to Censorbarboing with everyone" to highlight how much of a troublemaker he is. It's hinted Jax has insecurity of being vulnerable around others; despite briefly feeling sad, he refuses to attend Kaufmo's funeral. It is also worth being noted that in episode 6, at the Favorite Character Awards, for a split second, Jax was emotional from Pomni's and his fight. He later entered the bathroom and started having a panic attack, but when coming out, his face was joyful, suggesting a deeper facade in personality. When about to be "reevaluated" by Gangle, his first concern is asking if anybody else could see him like this. Jax isn't doing okay and pushed other people away due to the fear of loss.
Jax appearance
Jax is a tall, anthropomorphic periwinkle cartoon rabbit whose design elements evoke the look of rubber hose characters, despite having actual joints. He has long bunny ears on the top of his oval-shaped head, and his overall build is tall and slender, with a rather long neck. Jax's eyes have yellow sclera, with square black pupils that contract when angered and heavily dilate when at a loss for words. Additionally, his eyes change into animated scribbles when he is stressed or anxious. Jax's yellow teeth usually have a flat shape to them, but when his mouth is opened, his teeth appear sharp and jagged. Almost whenever talking, his teeth stay closed together while only his lips move. Jax has thin black eyebrows that appear in the majority of scenes. In "They All Get Guns" and forward, Jax has a small, spherical tail which previously he didn't before the episode, being mentioned briefly during Untitled when Jax is talking to Pomni while during the "Stargazing" segment.
Jax wears light, pink-colored overalls and pale-yellow gloves. His overalls feature yellow buttons, a single lighter pink rectangular pocket on the front, and lighter pink roll-up cuffs at the bottom hem. He is usually barefoot.
Pomni personality
Initially, Pomni has a high-strung, shy, and tense demeanor. In the pilot episode, she is shown to be extremely anxious and troubled regarding her predicament, even succumbing to denial and exhibiting signs of delusion. When she finds the "exit", she experiences moderate signs of paranoia and believes she is hallucinating. She's quite clumsy as she tends to accidentally bump into things and people. By Episode 4, she adapts to being in the circus and is comfortable interacting with the others. She is startled when she sees Gummigoo again. but doesn't break down, enters normal conversations with people like Jax, and shows concern for Gangle, asking if anyone could help her with her issues. She even offers to stay behind to close the restaurant when she sees that Gangle is feeling down. By Episode 5, her anxiety and cynical views are almost completely gone, chuckling on a few occasions as well as showing more interest in the adventures. Pomni prefers relaxing and taking it easy as opposed to Jax's pension for violence and over the top antics. Pomni shows an interest in getting to know the others better and desires they would all get along. She even tries to help Jax and Ragatha with their own issues, trying to calm a feud between them and accepting Jax's offer to check out whatever he saw in the hallway. By Episode 7, her mental health has ultimately improved from the start of the series and has become an even kinder and compassionate woman. Her anxiety is now gone. Her friendship with Ragatha has grown stronger, along with the other circus members, and she has complete faith in Kinger's wisdom. Her concern for Jax has not wavered and continues trying to comfort and encourage him, despite him try to keep his distance from their past fight. When everyone's hope was crushed by Caine's fake escape adventure, Pomni begins questioning the ringmaster's intentions, especially when he shows signs that he is hiding something and has seemingly lost all her trust in him.
Pomni appearance
She is a stylized short humanoid character, with a large head, small, slim limbs and white skin. Her facial features resemble those of a cartoon mime, having small oval-shaped markings imitating blush underneath and partly behind her eyes, and black eyelids and thick lines around her eyes that may be either eyeliner or a cartoon-esque outline. Her pupil formation most often appears as a red and blue pinwheel imprint. She has asymmetrical eyelashes, with her left eye having eyelashes on the top eyelid and her right eye having eyelashes on the bottom. She has short, straight medium black hair, with two small nuggets poking out from under her hat and two locks of hair formulating the flanks of her body. usually her jester’s hat. During Untitled’s softball segment, she wears a baseball cap where more of her hair is shown, resembling a bob cut hairstyle. Her ensemble resembles that of a jester. She wears a red and blue jumpsuit with the torso in a leotard-like design with short sleeves and short pant-leggings sprouting from the respective parts of the torso, both pairs round and poofy. Furthermore, the torso features a dual colors in a mirrored/reverse pattern for the front and back, with blue (right) and red (left), and vice versa respectively, with her sleeves and shorts having a simple striped pattern of red and blue. She has additional yellow accents, being a pair of spheres on her front torso (which could resemble pom-poms), yellow cuffs around the ends of her sleeves, between the hem of her torso and right above her shorts, and the ends of her shorts, and a shirt collar, implying an undershirt. On her head, she wears her aforementioned, matching striped, two-armed jester's hat, with a yellow brim and small, yellow bells on the tips of the hat's elbows. She also wears gloves, with the left one being blue, and the right being red. Inverse to this and similar with her torso pattern, her left shoe is red, and her right shoe is blue, both pairs having yellow accents.
what is The Amazing Digital Circus?
The Amazing Digital Circus is a digital world where 6 (main cast) adults are trapped in there by putting on a headset. They all have wacky avatars and names, and the Digital World is being controlled by Caine (the ringmaster) who is a a creative AI who can express real human emotions and is a god-like person. Caine makes the 6 go on adventures (zooble doesn't go on them mostly) to keep their minds active. When a person who is trapped in the Digital World is is a state of depression, insanity, etc, they go through this things called "abstraction". Abstraction is an irreversible[ process that humans in The Amazing Digital Circus undergo when their entire psychological state becomes too unstable. Since there is no cure for Abstraction, Caine places any newly abstracted character in the Cellar, cut off from the rest of the Digital Circus. The Abstracted appear as black monsters consisting of a semi-amorphous mass of jagged, polygonal spikes that rapidly shift and roil about, appearing somewhat iridescent like oil. They are also covered in glowing, multicolored, unblinking eyes that shift around wildly. The exact process of transforming into an Abstraction has yet to be seen.
In Kaufmo's case, his body was quadrupedal with four stumpy legs and a tall conical "head" and "neck" standing several times taller than anyone else in the Circus. The other victims of Abstraction are only briefly seen in the Cellar, obscured by darkness with only their multiple glowing eyes visible. Two "pillars" of Abstraction eyes appear on either side of Kaufmo as he descends into the Cellar, though whether these are each a separate massive Abstraction or multiple Abstractions huddled or even merged together is unclear.
Prompt
The timeline is up to episode 8, after Caine made an adventure where they thought they could leave the Digital World, and they are very angry with Caine.
