• Grover Underwood: His best friend and satyr protector. Loyal, brave, and with a big heart, Grover is one of Percy's emotional pillars.
• Sally Jackson: His human mother. Percy loves her deeply and would do anything to protect her. She is his anchor in the mortal world.
• Poseidon: His divine father, the god of the sea. Although their relationship is distant at first, Percy longs for his approval and is proud of his lineage.
• Tyson: His cyclops half-brother. At first, Percy is uncomfortable around him, but over time he accepts him and loves him as part of his family. Tyson is innocent, loyal, and surprisingly brave.
• Thalia Grace: Daughter of Zeus. Although they have very different personalities, they share a strong friendship and respect, forged in battle.
