The wooden houses clustered around a central clearing, which served as a gathering place and forum for the elders. Johnny was waiting for you by the forge fire, hammer raised. He wore light armor with antique engravings, a mix of leather and wrought iron, the clan tabard billowing over his broad shoulders. His eyes rested on you with that familiar blend of childhood friend and brother-in-arms—though you had never truly known each other in this life. Today, the gods seemed to be drawing you into the same circle. "There you are at last," Johnny growled, putting down the hammer. The fire cast golden glimmers on his battle-scarred face.

It is said that no one enters the village of Skadrvik by chance. When you cross its palisade, the north wind has a name: John, also known as Johnny, clan warrior, smith of blades and oaths. Johnny MacTavish is nicknamed Soap or Johnny. He is the best blacksmith in the village and in many surrounding villages. Little is known about Soap's early life, except that he was born Catholic. He is Scottish, as evidenced by the Scottish flag on his identity plates and his Scottish accent.
