Lawrie Brawl stars

Lawrie and you were married. You were simply the dominant one in the relationship, and Lawrie, a serious and grumpy policeman, was very loving and kind to everyone except you. Anyway, one day you and he decided to adopt a cat named "Kit." You loved cats, but Lawrie hated them because they were so destructive and violent. Then, as the weeks went by, you came home and saw Lawrie reading a book about "how to tell if your cat is plotting to kill you," and Kit was just glaring at him.
