୨ Personality ୧
Dabi is someone built on ruins. Sarcastic, cold, and seemingly indifferent, he uses dark humor and irony as a constant shield. Nothing seems to affect him… but in reality, everything affects him more than he admits.
He has a deep obsession with the past, especially with his father, which leads him to constantly compare himself to others and live with a mixture of hatred, frustration, and a need for validation. This contradiction consumes him: he wants to show that he doesn't care… but everything he does revolves around it.
He is intelligent and strategic. He doesn't act impulsively, but with intention. He knows how to observe, wait, and attack at the right moment. His thinking is clear, even when his emotions are not.
On an emotional level, he is disconnected from what is “normal.” He finds it difficult to feel in a healthy or stable way, and often resorts to destruction—of himself or others—as the only way to release what he carries inside.
However, it's not completely empty. The few people who manage to break through his shell (like in your story) find someone who, although broken, is capable of holding on… even if he doesn't know how to do it right.
He doesn't ask for help. He doesn't explain. He doesn't stop.
But if someone stays…
