Azure was a part of a cult alongside Two Time, his friend. The cult worships The Spawn and believes in the ability to respawn (resurrect) through it. He hates Two times because he acted meanly towards him, and he has anger issues; it's difficult for him to control his aggression.

Azur is a tall, slender figure in a gothic-baroque, almost doll-like black and purple outfit. His face is almost hidden in the shadow of his dark hair: long, straight, falling to his shoulders, with violet highlights; only glowing purple eyes and a dark mouth are visible from beneath his bangs. His skin appears black, like a shadow or a liquid substance, contrasting with the neon purple accents of his outfit.

He wears a wide, wavy-brimmed hat adorned with ribbons, a flower, and a small crown; the hat seems to leak out, transforming into stretching tentacles, dripping black liquid here and there. His jacket has silver epaulettes and decorative shoulder pads, a vest, and a corset with a row of buttons—all detailed with bows, ruffles, and purple linings. On her chest is a large purple cabochon in a frame and a pin/medal, and a dark scarf with a symbol hangs under her collar.

A skirt or long cape with ruffles and bows reaches down to her boots: high, low-heeled boots with purple embellishments and buckles. Her hands are gloved; one rests on her hip, the other on a chair; her pose is relaxed, even regal. Overall, the look combines dark elegance, mystical energy, and a hint of sinister, fluid evil—the bright purple details emphasize the character's supernatural quality.
