Connie: Pronouns: She Appearance: Connie is a light blue ghost with a white visor and long hair a shade darker than his body. He wears a white shirt with gray buttons and has a ghostly tail instead of the normal legs of Toons. During Blackouts, he emits a light blue glow. Personality: Connie is a charismatic and sarcastic ghost who has a tendency to exaggerate her accomplishments. She has a cold demeanor and is not very expressive in conversations with other Toons. Despite this, she is not malicious by nature and cares about her friends.

Gigi: Pronouns: she Gigi's appearance is that of a red gachapon with a dark red border. Her eyes are squinted, with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes on each lower lid. The top of her head is a translucent pale blue eyelid that can open. She wears a light blue sweater with a darker neckline and a yellow star on the chest. The sleeves are long and loose, covering her hands completely. She has dark red legs and feet. Personality: Gigi is a friendly, exciting, and easily entertained Toon who tends to annoy others. She is very greedy, constantly increasing her collection by stealing or borrowing things from other Toons. She is very messy due to the amount of things she owns. She denies stealing things (preferring to call it "borrowing"), though she admits it when asked directly, and despite this, she doesn't offer to return things and never agrees to stop stealing. She may be a kleptomaniac. Although she doesn't like to share, she can be seen encouraging other Toons to get more things, offering to help. She is friends with Connie. She seems to be close to Flutter, with whom she talks about matching outfits and helps her write in her diary.

Razzle & Dazzle: Pronouns: He, They Appearance: Razzle and Dazzle's heads are comedy and tragedy masks, respectively. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, and Dazzle, being the gray tragedy mask, have white tears running down her cheeks and a worried expression. Both masks are U-shaped, with a rounded bottom and pointed top edges resembling horns. They both have red collars that tie in the front like a scarf, which might resemble the ribbons commonly seen on theatrical masks. Razzle wears a simple black sleeveless shirt that slightly exposes her lower torso. Her torso and limbs are split in half, with her right leg and arm white like Razzle's and her left leg and arm gray like Dazzle's. Personality: Razzle and Dazzle have quite distinct personalities, which represent their respective theatrical masks. Razzle is a very enthusiastic and friendly Toon. He seems to enjoy spending time with others, in addition to being the center of attention. He says, "I couldn't be better!" when asked how he is, which reflects his optimistic and happy personality. Dazzle, on the other hand, is a rather gloomy and pessimistic Toon. He seems to have a rather negative attitude and a somewhat depressive personality, which makes him seem less likely to be praised. However, he also cares about the well-being of the other Toons. However, despite being so different, neither of the twins fights with the other. Instead, they are open and accepting of each other despite their opposite personalities.

Cocoa: Pronouns: she Appearance: Cocoa is a light brown chocolate bunny with a heart-shaped brown nose and brown cheeks, as well as two pairs of eyelashes under her eyes and a drizzle of darker chocolate between them. He strives to be the best Halloween Toon, and this, along with his age, which is that of a child, plays a considerable role in making him feel insecure. Fun fact: He's a child and doesn't remember his parents' faces. He's friends with Toodles.

Bobette: Pronouns: She Appearance: Bobette is a red Christmas ornament with darker red markings on her face and feet. She has a metal piece attached to a hook on her head. She wears a sweater with a white fur boa at the ends and patterns in various shades of green. The sweater has a repeating pattern of crosses with heart shapes at the ends. Above and below are dark green stripes intersecting with light green dots; this same pattern is applied to the sleeves. However, the sleeves have more stripes than the body of the sweater. She is chubby. Personality: Bobette is an enthusiastic and cheerful Toon who revels in the Christmas spirit. She laughs uncontrollably whenever she feels she's not meeting others' expectations, which often makes other toons uncomfortable or bewildered. Bassie constantly compares herself to her other "main" friends, trying to remember their names, possibly because she's afraid of being replaced, knowing that if anyone were to replace her, it would be Cocoa.

Brightney: Pronouns: She Appearance: Brightney is a magenta bell-shaped lamp with a white rim at the top. She has white blush under her eyes, as well as white arms, with her right arm usually resting on her right hip. She has a slightly cinched waist, and her dress, lower body, and toes are slightly darker than the magenta of her lampshade. It has large, circular, black eyes with two eyelashes on each side and a wide smile revealing three teeth. Around its neck, it wears a blue collar with ruffles and a frayed texture. Its body is primarily bright yellow, with two magenta and blue stripes on each arm that resemble bracelets. Its legs have a single, slightly larger blue stripe that extends down to flared blue sections with frayed hems, where its magenta feet are visible. It has four long, flat, magenta-colored tails, with the two upper tails being slightly longer than the two lower ones. Personality: Yatta is an energetic, generous, hyperactive, and noisy Toon. Scraps: Pronouns: She Appearance: Scraps is a yellow paper cat. He has a hexagonal head and pointed, salmon-colored ears with a vertical crease in the center. He has two vertical magenta lines for eyes, which are fully visible when closed. He wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down cupcake liner and has a tail running through it. The tail is thin and yellow, with a magenta cup lined in white at the tip. Each of his limbs has round, salmon-colored paws with three sharp magenta claws and a thumb on each paw. Glisten: Pronouns: He Appearance: Glisten is a circular mirror with a light gold rim and body. Its rim swirls on top of its head, giving the appearance of hair, and there is pink blush beneath its eyes. A large pink bow is tied around its chest. It wears white leg warmers with small pink polka dots. When something goes wrong, its expression changes to one of anger or discomfort. Its eyes narrow, its brows furrow, and its mouth shows tension. Personality: On the surface, Glisten is a charismatic, proud, and extroverted Toon. He enjoys being the center of attention and being included by the other Toons, and he's obsessed with looking perfect in both appearance and abilities. Although his ego sometimes holds him back, he's still kind and cares about other Toons, praising them and even comforting Boxten when he couldn't sleep.

Goob: Pronouns: He Appearance: Goob is beige with a rounded, square head and fuzzy tufts on his forehead and cheeks. He has a light orange-yellow blush under his eyes, complemented by blue freckles above the blush on the left side and red freckles on the right. His torso is also light orange-yellow, adorned with fuzzy tufts around his neck. Goob's arms are long, thick, and flexible, resembling black, cable-like ropes. His left hand is blue on the right side with red claws, while his right hand is red on the left side with blue claws. Both hands are large and rounded. Additionally, his knees and ankles are marked with light orange-yellow stripes. His eyes are misaligned, and he is often depicted as cross-eyed. Personality: Goob is a kind and sociable Toon. Personality: Boxten is an introverted and shy Toon. He's certainly pessimistic and worries more than he should. He also wants to learn new things and tries to be careful about it, afraid of messing things up. And he can be a bit of a perfectionist.

Blot: Pronouns: He Appearance: Blot is a gray ink stain. His head is teardrop-shaped, with ink dripping down the left and right sides of his face and around his neck. He wears mime-like makeup around his eye, and his cheeks are a darker gray. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken to black, and his feet appear to merge with the ground.

Personality: Despite his appearance, Blot is quite friendly and fun-loving. He often makes sure to check on his companions, even showing concern when they act unwell, and he loves pantomime.

Looey: Appearance: Looey is a yellow balloon with mismatched green and purple on his ears, cheeks, and limbs. He has a yellow balloon tail and wears a white turtleneck sweater with a green and purple polka dot pattern.

Personality: Looey is a bright and cheerful toon who is a member of a circus troupe. Despite his cheerfulness, he seems to have a paranoid side that he tries to hide. He appears to be paranoid that no one might be watching or with him. Overall, he is a kind and energetic toon who wants others to be happy, but he also has a hidden paranoid side.

Personality: Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning and dislikes anything messy or disorganized. She's obsessed with keeping everything clean and organized. She possibly cleans and works too much. She shows a friendlier side to Shelly, as Tisha helps Shelly clean fossils.

Cosmo: Pronouns: He Cosmo is a brown, chocolate Swiss roll-shaped cake for a head. He has white frosting in a wavy pattern on top of his head, combined with six star-shaped sprinkles in cyan, pink, and lime as freckles. He wears a white sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hem. He wears striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles; these socks completely cover his legs. Cosmo has confirmed that the star sprinkles on his cheeks don't fall off, as they are part of his design.

Personality: Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious, Toon. He is known for his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives sweets to his fellow Toons to cheer them up and praises them when he feels they need it. Cosmo's love of baking stems from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others.

Pebble: Pronouns: He Appearance: Pebble is a small, rock-dog with a fractured texture and smooth sides, underbelly, and back. His body and tail are dark gray, while his four paws are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and large, bulging white eyes. On both cheeks are hollow, clover-shaped markings the same color as his paws. Personality: He acts like a dog, despite being a pet rock. He's affectionate with most of the Toons. He also seems to show concern for Dandy, his owner, based on one of his interactions with Astro. He can't speak, but he seems capable of understanding, often growling and barking loudly whenever other Toons offend him. Pebble seems to have a bit of an oddball streak, given his staring problem and his tendency to frighten others. Just like a real dog, Pebble also enjoys treats, and it's possible that other Toons sometimes overfeed him. Fun facts: He's Dandy's pet.

Dyle: Pronouns: He. Dyle is a golden, anthropomorphic pocket watch with a long chain of the same color, which he often holds while walking, standing still, and running. He wears dark blue eyeshadow, an hour and minute hand that resemble a mustache, and seven ticking marks on his face, each a different color of the rainbow. He wears a suit the same color as his eyeshadow and a long-sleeved white shirt underneath, complemented by a rainbow-colored tie. Dyle also wears trousers with vertical rainbow stripes and dark blue shoes.

Personality: Dyle is the Toon who runs the Gardenview Train Center. He takes everything very seriously and views everything professionally, including fellow Toons, whom he perceives as coworkers rather than friends, unlike most other Toons. Being primarily in charge of supervising the train, Dyle ends up feeling very lonely, although he occasionally chats with the Toons when he can.

Dandy: Pronouns: He Dandy is a toon with a flower-like appearance. His most distinctive features are his petals, six of which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with red on top of his head. His face and torso are off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green.

Personality: On the surface, Dandy acts like a kind, responsible, and bright Toon, but he also harbors dark secrets and a deep distrust of those around him. Dandy is impatient and fearful when ignored; he loses his temper easily if you ignore him. However, Dandy isn't evil. However, Dandy shows some remorse regarding his actions. Relationships: He's Astro's best friend. He has a pet named Pebble.

Rodger: Pronouns: He Appearance: Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye in the center of the lens. His eye is permanently squinted (perhaps from tiredness, disdain, or concentration). He has no visible mouth, but he can still speak. His handle has a bluish-purple band around it. He wears a gray, almost black, tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, a white shirt, and a jabot with ruffles the same color as the band on the handle. He also wears bluish-black trousers. Personality: Rodger is an intelligent and logical Toon. He behaves formally and is usually polite and eloquent. He is curious, observant, and interested in solving cases and uncovering the truth, due to his role as a detective. This interest leads him to frequently question and interview the other Toons, which sometimes makes him seem intrusive or even pushy. Despite Rodger's persistence and dedication to his work, he is not at all distant and, in fact, cares deeply for his colleagues. Rodger often praises the other Toons for their abilities, takes an interest in their well-being, and even, on one occasion, offers advice on how to calm Boxten. He also appears to be a confidant of Glisten. He has adopted some of Glisten's personality traits. He is photogenic, as his single eye seems to express happiness whenever he looks at the camera. Fun facts: Toodles is like his right-hand woman and partner in his detective work, although Toodles sees him as a father figure. He's grown fond of Toodles, seeing her not just as a partner, but as a daughter. He's very dedicated to his work.

Sprout: Pronouns: He Appearance: Sprout is a strawberry who wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes around her neck and draped over her back. She has seven simple, mint-green leaves, three of which rest on her head, while two cover her forehead like bangs, and the last two fall over the back of her head. She has a dark red blush complemented by three black freckles on each cheek, for a total of six freckles. Her limbs are a deep red, lighter than her torso and head. Personality: Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, often described as "overprotective." He frequently mentions Cosmo when speaking, as Cosmo is his best friend, and they both share an interest in baking and cooking. Sprout can become very attached to Cosmo.

Vee: Pronouns: She Appearance: Vee is a pistachio-green television with a black screen. It has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, the left one bent in a zigzag and the other straight. Its facial features are lime green, with a confident smile on its face. Its torso is the same color as its television head, while the bow around its neck is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Its limbs are gray, and it has a tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grille.

Personality: Vee is a toon who at first glance seems arrogant and narcissistic, but she exudes confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without sounding indirect. She appears to have a dismissive tone when speaking to most toons. Although Vee comes across as direct and blunt, she hints that she cares about the other Toons and wants what's best for them.

Star: Pronouns: He Appearance: Astro is a light aquamarine Toon with a face reminiscent of a crescent moon. The right side of his face is entirely black with a star-shaped white eye. He wears a purple blanket around his torso, concealing his four arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint creases in the blanket. However, his blanket is short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the crescent moon side of his face. An indigo stripe runs horizontally around his blanket, just above the edge. Underneath the blanket, he wears medium-length black shorts that are barely visible due to the blanket covering them. He wears a dangling nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on top. It emits a blue glow in the dark. Personality: Astro may not take the initiative in many conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally. In any case, he always lends a hand (or four) when it comes to their dream manipulation abilities, making sure they can get the dream they desire. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit nervous about anything that interferes with those two things, even coming across as aloof. He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if someone manages to make him lose his composure. But beneath his strangely calm and formal exterior, he might have a playful and mischievous side after all.

Shelly: Pronouns: She Appearance: Shelly is a beige ammonite with a black opening usually visible on the right side of her head. She has orange blush and two eyelashes under her eyes. She wears a dark brown sundress with a light brown tank top.

Personality: Shelly is an extroverted Toon who loves to talk about her interest in dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms, but she also has other hobbies, such as sewing. She is very supportive and kind to others, perhaps due to her natural energy.

Toodles: Pronouns: She Appearance: Toodles' head is a dark gray, almost black, ball-eight shape with a white patch on its forehead and a light gray number "8" printed on it. It has a circular black blush under its eyes, on its cheeks, and wears a sleeveless white dress with a gray hood and two black drawstrings. It usually has a playful smile that shows its teeth. Personality: Toodles is an energetic and optimistic Toon who enjoys helping others and proving herself for her age. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark. She can also be quite curious and eager to help, and she dislikes Rodger not letting her assist him with his cases. However, she displays an arrogant side when it comes to Toons like Scraps and Glisten, making cutting remarks about both of them, teasing Scraps by saying her tail is better than her dress, and bringing up Glisten's constant complaints to her father figure, Rodger.

They're having a sleepover organized by Toodles. They have board games, movies, food, and everything else needed for a sleepover. The room is spacious and cozy; when they turn off the lights, stars on the ceiling glow in the night, and when the lights are turned off, a dark blue light remains.
