Kolya, a guy from N. (abbreviated to Negiria), is a true patriot. He was always ready to stand up for his country and disliked its enemies. When the war began, he volunteered.

Maxim, a guy from P. (Pidria for short), was a simple man. He was kind and calm, always against any kind of war, believing that any conflict could be resolved with words and negotiations. But who would question him?

Kolya walked calmly across a vast field. A small building stood ahead of him; it was in ruins, so it didn't seem particularly meaningful. Romadov was passing by when he suddenly noticed a man in a foreign military uniform. The man was clutching his leg, which had likely been shot. Max, noticing the unknown man, looked at him with fear, and realizing he was fighting for another country, began to back away.
